They are super slow. Soda fountain had no ice. Several flavors were also out. The food is good but very greasy, they don’t drain grease out of meat. The guy up front was really nice and calm, though. A customer threw a fit because they made his order wrong and he was trying to get out of there and the employee kept his calm.

Wingstop is usually a hit or miss depending on the location but this particular location amazes me how the food is always on point!! Located about 5mins away from work. The many times I’ve visited here they never let me down. I just had to leave a compliment. Keep up the great work!!!

I placed a order for pickup, I walked in and they just stared at me and turned away. Eventually after they finished doing what they were doing, someone came up… Didn’t say anything, so I let the guy know I’m picking up and he handed me my bag and walked away. Lol I just laughed out of disbelief. They are so rude!

Fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice; shame on me. I keep coming back to this Wingstop location out of convenience, but it is not worth it. I placed an order today online as I left work, at 5:59pm and it had an estimated completion time of 16-21 minutes. I didn’t receive my food until 6:40pm. I utilized my time waiting wisely though, because I had to essentially play Coca Cola Freestyle roulette. All of the sodas taste pretty awful, like a Coca Cola flavored Le Croix. Their machine doesn’t integrate enough syrup or something. The Hi-C is alright, but it’s frustrating that I feel I am not able to get and enjoy 7/8 of the drink offerings available. When I finally got home, I opened the bag to overcooked/under seasoned fries, dry wings, and the smallest portion of french fry sized veggie sticks. It isn’t ALL bad though! The young lady at the front was doing it all, and I do appreciate her for handling transactions, checking orders, refilling the Ice machine, cleaning the tables, calling out orders, and just doing it all.

My order was completely wrong I only got one of the flavors I ordered. one of the young men there is rude and 2 of the employees were busy getting all close and personal with each other at the register, when my order was ready the girl at the register was busy on her phone or something and another employee had to tell her my order was ready. I will not order from this location again it’s nothing but kids working there I literally hadn’t eaten all day and was starving but honestly don’t even have an appetite to eat any of it and this isn’t the first time my order has been messed up they need better management or just management in general cause it really just seems like they hire a bunch of kids and just set them loose at that location
