I’ve called multiple times on different days, and they always answer and hang up on me real quick. I called 4 times once, and they kept doing it. Despite the bad reviews I still order from this location being that it’s closest to me… but today was the last time! I would rather drive out of the way and have edible food instead of wasting 50 dollars on trash! They took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, it wasn’t busy it just looks like a bunch of people not wanting to work!! They put so much seasoning on the fries and they were drenched with oil and all soggy!!! Disgusting!! My family couldn’t even eat them! The person cutting vegetables wasn’t wearing gloves yet touching all the celery and carrots with his bare hands!

I called ahead 20 minutes prior so I could just pick my order up and leave before lunch time.. to my surprise when I get there I line up on the “call ahead/ pick up line” well they told me to move because there’s only 1 line. What’s the purpose of having 2 lines then. What’s the purpose of calling ahead then! SMH!!!!

Horrible experience at this location . They will give you fries in chicken that is sitting in the baskets they been pulled up and it’s cold /Luke warm . Don’t dare ask for fresh food they will give you another batch that’s not dropped fresh for you .
