Annabelle is one of the rudest pettiest employees I’ve met. When I showed up I had to wait for her and her “co-workers” who seem to be more like friends finish there loud 5 minute conversation. After I ordered and waited for my food I got home opened it and realized multiple of my items were missing. When I called to ask about it she was dismissive and not accommodating at all. You would think someone in a manager role would have some level of professionalism even if it’s at a fast food place. All I will say is I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to the other wing stop across town just to get some chicken.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wing Stop. I placed a mobile order and had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes past the time the app said for it to be ready. While I stood in there I watched as all of the employees handling food did not wear gloves and to make matters worse, the kid that was assigned to handle raw chicken touched everything (including the fryer handles and his body) and then proceeded to touch raw chicken and throw it into the fryer. Then “the manager” had no gloves on as she threw ketchup on top of my already cold fries. I left but called when I got home to get employees names so I could properly report the health problems to corporate and “the manager” slurred her name and when I asked her to repeat it or spell it she got mad and kept slurring it to where I couldn’t understand. When I asked for her again to repeat it or spell it she said she was not allowed to. This place needs to be shut down. Corporate will be contacted and honestly, after this, I don’t think I will ever trust another Wing Stop again. They also denied a paying customer a water cup which by law they are not allowed to charge for a water cup.

This is what the container looks like from my wings. This is a pretty common issue with this location but today was the worst it’s been. Who wants to eat wings soaked in grease? Do they not have time to let them drain before pouring them in the container. This will be the last time I eat there. The ones soaked in the grease were not even edible. The voodoo fries are usually delicious but today it’s basically drenched in cheese will little drizzles of ranch and hardly any spicy on top. The entire experience was a let down and for almost $40 I’d think they could do a better job.

terrible wingstop simply doesn’t care about their employees or customers i worked here for a good amount of time to see the managers “shift leaders” are like 15 year olds running the place they should not be managers in fact this wingstop should be shut down.

Came in to pick up a door dash and three cooks were just standing on their phones and a girl taking a to go order on the phone finally a guy ask what I need and told him I had a door dash and he tales me it’s not ready yet then they finally start cooking bad bad bad not the first time I’ve had problems here

We came a full hour before closing, expecting to dine in, they were very busy and had closed part of the dinning area. About 9:20 they told us too many orders were ahead and we might not be able to dine in. We said it was fine, but our order was ready by 9:40. We asked if we could dine in and be out before 10, they said no. Had we know before we ordered and paid we would’ve gone somewhere else. The two you boys seemed rushed to kick us out. our order was also missing items.

I love all Wingstops! The food is fantastic, the seasonings are extraordinary! I have family in Buffalo New York where it all started at Anchor Bar. My only problem with this location is when it opens, the staff is not ready. I don’t care whose fault it is but they need to get this fixed. This is what caused Taco Cabana in Kemah to close
