I called wing stop trying to place an order at exactly 4:10 PM the young lady, who answered the phone, never identified herself. She asked if she could put me on hold. Of course, I said yes I took two screenshots of the time I was on hold for approximately 12 minutes. I hung up and called back. Another young lady answered, phone stated they were in the middle of changing shifts! would have been nice to get back on the phone to tell me it was going to be a while before they could take my order. Please people be curious to your customer. This is not the first time this is happened to me. I let it slide the first time, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Wing•Stop.

I was very disappointed with my order at this location. I asked for well done fries with extra seasoning. The lady came from the back to verify I did ask for extra seasoning, I then got back to my office to eat and there was a cup of seasoning dumped on top of the order of fries. They were inedible. She knew damn well that’s not what extra season means. It’s on the menu I can’t be the only person asking for it. Also the chicken sandwich was soggy. The store was not clean and staff was not attentive to customers at all.

Took over 20 minutes to get my 10 wings.I was the only one in the lobby. There was about 6 or 7 employees but could only find 2 in the kitchen. They have the temperature as low as it can go in the lobby so no one wants to dine in. I paid 20$ for wings and had to take them to go so I didn’t show up late to work from lunch break.

I ordered 50 wings…let that sink in, 50 WINGS. I paid over $60 just for the wings alone, but wingstop is so greedy that I had to pay over $1 just for a tiny bit of ranch…really? My total came out to almost $80. Wingstop do better, no way should I have to pay $1-$4 just for one sauce. That should automatically come with it since I ordered so many and gave y’all so much money. Shame on you.

This wingstop is straight trash. The service sucks and so does the food. I’ll drive to the La Marque wingstop any day over this one. Every time I’ve ordered food here, it’s ready 30 minutes or later. You just sit there waiting no one even acknowledges you for 15 minutes. Take the 10-12 min drive and go to the one in LM. Always great service there and they always cook the food appropriately.

This is the saddest order I have ever gotten, the size of these wings is pretty pathetic. Especially when the prices have gone tremendously up. I’ve never been so disappointed in an order. Besides the food, staff was nice & food was ready on time. That’s all that can really be said.
