Every time I get wings from here the wings are always dry and old tasting. I know for a fact not all their wings are dry rub. So why don’t I ever have sauce on my wings? Food is terrible, fries were soggy with no seasoning and tenders were sitting in an inch of grease. Not the first time i’ve had food like this, place is hit or miss but 95% of the time it’s a hard miss and I still continue to go back and give them another shot. You would think a good management team would look at the reviews and try their best to improve their staff and their work ethic. Same faces every-time I go in and no one seems to care. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to get stars, they have a long way to go. Id rather get wings from Mcdonald’s!

Service is horrible I hate the new employees they are all some way kin. They don’t care about customer service I came inside to place my order and they told me I had to order online in the store. Not to mention the ghetto explicit rap music was blasting very loudly. Who evere the store manager is needs to be retrained and move her daughter to another location. The food is never fresh anymore the fries are always cold and unseasoned now I just hate it, & I hate the I have to drive all the way the bmt to get fresh food when I stay 3 minutes away from the memorial location just sorry I don’t recommend
