So I had gone to Wingstop once in North Carolina and it was awful. I was convinced the south can’t do wings. I decided to give it another go and I can’t complain about the wings! I actually got an adequate amount of sauce on my wings, unlike the NC location which had my wings bone-dry.

This used to be a great location. Now they don’t give us the flavors we asked for, and they always short us on the Ranch dressing. On the order tonight, we should have had 3 containers of Ranch but only received 1. Might be switching back to the other wing place, at least they give what we pay for.

Just doesn’t seem to taste like it used to. Less seasoning on the fries, wings tasted old/weird. The garlic parmesan seems to have changed. My order was over 30 minutes late. The app said ready by 6:14-6:22. The order “completed” on the app at 6:41. I didn’t walk out until 6:57. Everything was just not great, not terrible mind you, just not great. $50 for a family of three and you kinda expect a little better.

I’m not sure if management reads these, but I hope so. I ordered 6 wings and fries, when I got my food home I discovered everything was cold. On top of that, the (incredibly small shriveled wings) were burnt. This location is notorious for forgetting items as well (we were missing an extra ranch that we paid for). So I spent money on a cold dinner I couldn’t eat, it was not only a waste of money but time and gas. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning.

Same experience as everyone else multiple times, the wait times are crazy. They’ll give you a number they pull from thin air and you might as well double it. The prices have gotten crazy too, over $70 to feed a family of 4. The food is good, just not that good.

This is always an in and out place for me…not into the loud sports telecast on the TV, and it’s very “window front mall diner”-ish: narrow seating along a wall, sharing space with a soda fountain,kitchen expo and ” to go” picker uppers that serve to make a tight squeeze impassible and socially awkward…that’s the atmosphere…

This was my first time coming to this Location & I’ll definitely be coming back to THIS location! The customer service was Outstanding! My BF called in an order with a Lady named Kelly & from the time she answered and hung up she was just the nicest even patient because I was confused on what to order…when we went to pick up the order we decided to dine eat I stead of take out and they did it with no hesitation and greeted us from the time we walked in! When we got our order I made the mistake of ordering wet wings instead of hot BUT Kelly was so nice to offer me some dipping sauce BUT Lucas said it was an easy fix and they made my wings just like I liked them with such a Nice attitude! Kelly & Lucas are the epitome of how working in a restaurant setting and or customer service should be! They are great!!
