This was my first time at a wing stop and I am NEVER EVER GOING TO ONE AGAIN. My experience at this restaurant was extremely terrible. The man taking the orders was impatient and rude. The good was greasy, soggy and tasted like nothing but grease and pepper. Oddly enough the ranch tasted like water- which as you know is flavorless. My boyfriend’s stomach started hurting immediately after he finished his meal his stomach started to hurt and he has a stomach of steel. Oh I forgot the fries were too salty and had too much seasoning. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The only soda they had was Dp. The soda machine was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned. Trash on the floor. We ordered two orders of boneless wings and I guess they just forgot about us. Not only were we waiting there for over 30 minutes, but people who showed up quite some time after us were getting their food first. Our order was conveniently ready when I asked for a refund. I also witnessed the cashier making online order drinks and sticking her finger in them to cut down the foam. So. Make your own decisions but this place is literal trash.

Food was as I expect from Wingstop. The reason for the 2 star rating is the customer service. The manager on duty at this College station location that day needs some lessons in customer service. It was so bad had to call Wingstops corporate office to make a complaint. I will still eat wingstop, but will not return to that location will drive to Bryan next time.
