I’m new around town. so started today this is 2nd time I stop by wingstop first time was great food is great til 2nd visit horrible! I notice my wings not fully cooked they gave my husband completely raw wings not all the way cook thank god I didn’t eat my lemon pepper… wings. I hate to complain.. !!!

I ordered on line, it showed it was ready for pick up when I got there. There was 1 person at the counter while 3 people stood in the back watching other people cook. The food was not ready, I had to wait an extra 40 minutes before getting my food.

Wing stop is okay not my favorite wings for sure, but I love their fries and sweet tea. It usually takes a while to get an order unless I only get fries, but if you are ordering wings order at least 20 minutes before going to the restaurant.

HORRIBLE customer service. Would not give us the veggie sticks we PAID for and that they forgot to give us without bringing our to-go bag back in from car so the “manager could check the bag.” REALLY???!!! I cannot believe they think someone would lie about veggie sticks!! Absolutely ridiculous.
