I wanted to try this place for the first time but maybe I caught them on an off day. Almost everything is extremely salty, the ranch was not edible. I’m sure the staff work very hard, and I got my order in a timely manner online. The fries weren’t fresh. But thank you anyways, I will just have to try some different things on the menu next time.

So if you are looking for prompt service, and I don’t even mean fast or quick, just reasonable, this place is not it. The cooks move with no purpose or drive. I’ve seen other similar places and they hustle. This was a joke. Overall, come here knowing it will take an hour to get your food and I am not exaggerating. After a while you are just I watching the grill hoping the next play coming off the grill is yours. Very disappointing.

The food was not the best. Their boneless chicken wings for whatever reason tastes off, I would only recommend the bone in wings. Also, if you want to hang with friends and dine in, wingstop, or at least this particular one had very poor indoor seating. It was so crowded and packed and barely any tables available that it just felt awful. I would recommend else wear for the atmosphere and better seatings.

Better check your order before you leave if you’re doing a carry out! Had this been delivery we would’ve been even more furious! Checked my order before leaving only to realize that they didn’t give me more than half of my order! $75 worth of food and they trying to send me off with less than $30 worth! Manager wasn’t very helpful either…now I’m having to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my entire order and that’s only because I demanded it. So disappointed!

Bad rude customer service from a lady name Yvette not only to me but also while she was taking a order over the phone being really rude to the customer rolling her eyes. A fast hard working young man by the name of Adrian making sure all orders were done. Saw a roach on the counter by the register address it to Yvette she didn’t seem to care just rolled her eyes.

We usually order delivery when the family gets together and decided to try Wingstop again. Our order yesterday both Classic, Original Hot (fave), Parmesan and Korean Boneless. First two choices, too crunchy and dry. The Boneless Korean wings I particularly loved the crunch yet moist texture but much too heavy on the salt. The fries ordered “lightly” seasoned is our chosen favorite. The veggie sticks fresh too without fail.

I don’t know if this all wing stop but this one and the one on Ingram are horrible my wings are always so burnt and have feathers n I don’t even ask for it to be well done. I like sauces that’s why I go and even the fries when I order a family pack or meal for two the fries are burnt and it says large fries but I get small fries ♀️ they don’t know how to measure a large or small fries. Ugh seriously I ain’t ordering wingstop again not worth 30 dollars and when I show the staff about my orders they just look at me and say well you get what you pay for seriously. Some of them look like they don’t even wanna be there.

Visiting from out of town. Ordered delivery to the hotel direct from website. Wings were open and some missing. Called restaurant, was told they would remake order and deliver, also reimburse delivery fee. Nothing ever came, we ended spending $60+ on food we didn’t eat and buying chips and junk from the lobby!! Honesty is apparently not one of their strengths. Do not recommend.

The online ordering system is super easy to use. We ordered last minute pick up on our way home the other night. We always get the Louisiana rub and garlic parm for our little one. The wings come out hot and crispy. Fries are also good with their special fry seasoning. The Louisiana rub is one of their best flavors. This particular time though it wasn’t as spicy as I remember it to be. Flavor was lacking so I took 1 star off.
