I wish this app gave you the option to give zero stars. We contemplated going all the way up to 46 tonight or even to the new Blanco location off of 1604 because we consistently get our orders incorrect at this location but as I was having my mother pick this up on her way home from work, we decided to make it easy for her. Upon arrival, I asked her to go in and speak with someone to make sure that the wings were prepared well done. We have been told in the past by the manager of this location to ask for the wings to swim for an additional six minutes and that’s exactly what she asked for. We are less than a five minute drive from the restaurant to preface. Upon arrival, the wings were soggy and wet. I had to put them in the air fryer, which completely burned and eliminated any seasoning on the wings. We ended up throwing them away and I called to let them know that I was disappointed. The manager actually denied that I had requested well done when my receipt clearly shows that my family pack and individual combo both had well done listed as a request. Not only that, like I said, my mother went in and asked that they make sure that these wings were well done. We are not a soggy skin family. I will never be back to this location and I requested a refund. We’ll see if they come through.

I placed an online order at 12:45pm for a 6pm pick time. Knowing they are always behind, I arrived at 6:15 to pick my order and it still wasn’t ready. I asked to speak to the manager (Jamie) and he states we are busy. I told him I placed it at 12:45 and he told me we give ourself 20 after they requested time. Jamie proceeds to be a sarcastic when handing me order at 6:21, like I was wrong for asking for my order to be ready on time. I asked for his managers name and number and he told me to write a review! I’ll NEVER go to this Wingstop again. I advise you all to do the same.

Wingstop is great except 6 piece is only 3 wings. Bushes fried wings are whole wing for a dollar ea on Wednesday . Tea is buck twenty five. Drink at Wingstop is $40.00 . Just kidding but 3 bucks a drink isn’t cool.

Nothing like making the UberEats driver sit and wait on a small order. However, I’m not complaining to the driver because it’s not his fault my 8:50pm delicery didn’t arrive until 9:20pm even with priority service . I’ll stick to the Spring Branch location ….maybe your franchise owner should wake up because his/her business ends up being a Taco Cabana!

They never answer the phone or goes straight to voicemail, if you get lucky and they answer the put you on hold right away and never come back to the phone. Wait time for your order will always be 50mins or more. Bunch of people waiting all the time and in and out

I have to say I normally don’t have any issues with this location or the food but tonight I wasn’t very pleased with my food. I ordered thigh bites and I don’t recommend it. Its a bunch of fried batter with tiny bits of chicken. In two orders of thigh bites 5 or 6 of the bites pieces were actually okay the rest was just batter and oil. They should just get it out of the menu.

I placed my order online and both that and the pickup process were efficient. There was an option for “extra crispy”… which was my deciding factor on getting the classic wings. Unfortunately, they were not crispy at all. We added them to the air fryer later at home. The 10 piece order allows you to decide on two favors. I preferred the Louisiana dry rub over the wet mild version. They don’t come with dip, that’s extra.

Boyfriend didnt check the order before bringing it home or else i would have made him not pay for what we received. We ordered 4 wing combos, we ordered celery with half of those combos. not only did we receive only 2 orders of fries (with no celery), the fries were stacked on top of eachother in the box and completely smushed the ones on the bottom. Also, for a regular size order, you would think they would give you more than 3 wings. nope.
