I had a take out order. It took some time to receive my order, but when i opened it, i was shocked. Wings were undercooked, they gave me the wrong flavoring on all my wings, the sprite tasted like carbonated water, and there was a long curly black hair in my Ranch. Ended up having to throw it all away. 🙁 I don’t usually complain, but dang. I’ve never had so much go wrong with take out. Good luck to anyone who orders from here.

This is a terrible wing stop. We have been there twice and the food took almost an hour to get both times. Thought maybe the long wait was a fluke the first time but nope. I would say they’re understaffed but I saw 6-7 people in the kitchen standing while 2 employees actually worked. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even hot. there is no reason that fried chicken and fries should take an hour.

I picked up quite a large order with every type of wing that they have. They did not mark which was which and I had told them the people that were going to be enjoying this luncheon on memorial Day do not eat there either, but they still did not mark the boxes with what was in it, whether it was hot and spicy or mild or had bones or boneless. That’s a big deal we needed to have out of the nine boxes of wings. Each one marked what was the type of wing. Also standing at the counter to get my order and to pay my feet stuck to the dirty rug and I looked at the rugs in the hallway that go thru the restaurant and they were all absolutely filthy. I don’t believe I could ever order from this place again

I don’t ever complain but this visit has to be by far the worse visit at a wingstop…ever. We have an hr for lunch (nobody’s fault). We ordered approx 20 wings total…after taking our order they took a big order from people who came after and decided that was more important than ours. Then I’m watching the kitchen and there’s zero “giddy up”, they’re yapping on about an irate customer and now I can understand why! Still not saying anything we got our food to go since we couldn’t be late back for work either only to find the wings were raw Not only was it an inconvenience but they couldn’t do any refunds or remake an order WITHOUT having our raw wings like we need to lie about you serving raw chicken! Oh cuz they do inventory. Do you save the raw chicken? So now I’m just over it. Won’t ever be back! That’s all.
