We ordered 2 flavors (Garlic Parm and Lemon pepper) of wings and they were all plain. I also ordered all flats and they added drums. I asked for cheese and they only filled it up a quarter of the way????? They didn’t serve a full “basket” of fries. What the hell is going on? Literally the only thing they got right was the carrots and celery.

Food is great and service is okay. I generally don’t find too many things to be an issue, but this is one of the only places I know that does not give you a cup for water, not a big deal but a slight hassle. Environment is nice and clean and staff and generally friendly.

Unfriendly faces, bad customer service, and worst of all the orders are always wrong. Check your order before leaving, they won’t believe you once you leave. Overall very poor place to eat, sadly very few options in Penitas.

Ordered online and saw it could be delivered and thought very nice then my order was a all wrong the fries were not the flavor I asked for and half of my meal was not delivered because they forgot to give the door dash man the other bag… I call and they said I had to go pick up the rest of my order…I asked for a manager and she was very rude all she said was sorry you have to come pick it up or I’ll just write you down for the credit….
