I went around 10 PM the girl at the front told me it was going to be an 18 min wait, when I received my wing my original hot wings look old and cold and so were my fries I received like half of the container with really old fries and they were super cold. Tried calling twice but no one answers.

Visited on a Friday evening. The fountain drink machine was not working so they were giving a 20oz soda bottle with your combo instead; no refills. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning was not working and it felt hotter than outside. It did take the full 40 minutes for our food to come out besides being the only party dining in; they still forgot the veggies. While we waited, there were people waiting for their pick up order that had to wait a while cause there was only one cashier. The cooks would simply place the orders on the counter and walk away. It may not be in their job description but how hard is it to ask someone for the name on the order and hand it off. Unreal. I would not recommend you visit this establishment, if you can call it that.

The fries that they gave us were burned and cold so I’ve asked for new one last and the lady just got them and angrily threw them in the trash and gave me a new one with less fries. So I’ve asked for a refund l. Terrible Wingstop location and unacceptable customer assistance

They need better management, they never answer the phone, the place always looks like it’s closed with the sign off and everything. The wait time is always long even though there’s hardly people in there. Staff has never been rude or disrespectful, they just need better leadership or training. Its just disappointing because it’s a favorite 🙁

Gave this location another chance… Their customer service got a bit better but they still in the corner on their phones doing nothing, the cooks are the only ones who seem to be working hard. This location specifically seems to run out of fries quickly, so try not to order late at night or dine in late either unless you don’t order fries… the wait time is bad as well so expect to be there a while. On the bright side your food should be fresh..as long as you pay attention to the orders they’re making because the cashiers sure won’t be checking up on them …

Tried calling to place an order at 9:15pm they wouldn’t answer. I decided to go in and place my order, I got there at 9:30pm all the chairs were on top of the tables and a lady moping. The girl didn’t want to take my order she said they stopped taking orders already because they need to be out by 10:15! However if I ordered online they had the option to have my Mobil order ready at 10! The phone kept ringing and ringing and they wouldn’t answer.
