Initially we had a bad experience with this location, due to missing items on order and refusal by a store level manager to provide us a refund for the missing items (solution was for us to drive to the location). We did drive to the location and were greeted by Liz, who looked after us and was super nice and professional. While we did have a bad experience with this location (one individual), Liz made it right ! GREAT WINGS BTW….just check your order before the driver leaves 🙂

We ordered take out and the guy taking our order was fantastic!! Friendly, engaged, welcoming and knowledgeable about what they offered. Had never been to a Wingstop before and was skeptical that 24 wings would feed three hungry adults but I was way wrong! Even the fries were awesome! Great flavor, Great service, and fast!!! Will definitely return!

I go here often since they are right in front of Walmart. I love love their French fries. I know they have great wings too but the fries are sooo good! The same cashier is there every time and she is so friendly and always has a smile. Very clean ! Thank you!

Very bad and uncomfortable experience. Cashier was extremely rude. Took her approximately 10 to 15 minutes to come forward to take our order since our arrival (they were in the back laughing and having a good time). Once she came to take our order we asked for a specific meal from the menu to which she didn’t ask for our choice of condiments (for example ranch or Bleu cheese, etc. or veggies). We were handed our cups so I asked for a 20oz bottled soda to which she made a face. She then proceeded to hand us the other cups face down to where the rim was sliding along the counter. We did not want to take matters into a worse situation so we did not complain. Once our order was out, the fries were overcooked and the vegetables were not served. My partner stood again to ask for the veggies and the lady literally walked away and decided to ingore her. 5 minutes later she sent the cook to see what was needed. We are not the type to complain about services. However, when you are paying for a service and literally being polite to staff, the same treatment is expected back. I really think cashiers should be properly trained to tend to customers in a polite manner. In my opinion, customer service and service overall here is a 0.

Son and dad like this place. Cozy and small but good food and prices $-$$ but depends what you order. Make it count or order extra like we did, lol. We pass here every time we go fishing after going home. And fried the fishes at home. Come at your own risk! Wing fishes enjoy.

Would give a zero if I could. Bad customer service. The cashier ignored us since they were all chitchatting in the back until a few minutes later she got our order all rude.Fries were burnt . Didn’t even give the order correctly and when I went to stand in front of register the cashier once again ignored me and told the guy cook to attend me.
