I always have to check my order before going home because it is always wrong. Employees are always playing/ pushing each other around the kitchen area while I have to wait almost an hour for my order. It isn’t the first time this happens and that’s why I chose to leave a review.

Ordered wings and was told 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up 25 minutes later to be safe was informed at the counter it was going to be 20 to 25 more minutes. 30 minutes later I check again stillbit done .. 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. Never again coming here

If I were the owner, I would be so ashamed of my business! Service was ok as well as the food, BUT it is such a poorly run business. While sitting having our dinner ALL employees were seen using their personal phones while the business phone was being left unanswered repeatedly. There were 2 employees standing outside on personal phone calls, all kitchen staff was MIA, no one to be seen working on ALL the pending tickets.

Very bad customer service this is not my first or last we order they always have to mess up our order they need to pay more attention and making sure everybody’s orders are correct , there’s always one thing missing you call they give you credit for another time but honestly they need to start double checking customers orders to make sure they got their order correct very disappointing manager needs to step up and pay close attention to their employees…..

Busy i get it.. but 1 hr for dinng area… this place just gets slower and slower…….old reciew: service is still slow…30 min min for 15 wings. Someone needs manage this place better. Sauces are weak and to runny. And the wings are not crispy at all.

Wings were hard and they never have ice so the drinks are hot. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Go to Buffalo wings and rings or pizza hut in Rio Grande for good wings and super cold drinks.
