I Let them know about my food and she offered to redo it but I said no, what she can do is making sure the restaurant is clean at all times. And NO it wasn’t busy . And make sure the food is nice and hot. Please train your managers to be better at handling customers complaints .

We placed an order in person and we had to wait at least an hour all because they were prioritizing online orders. When I asked for a refund, they took my receipt and were gone for a long while in the back. They came and said our order will be out shortly (just so we could sit and they wouldn’t issue the refund). They kept my receipt and it was another 10-15 minutes till the food came out. This was so infuriating and I will not be returning. They should’ve prioritized those dining-in (there were more waiting other than us), instead of prioritizing online orders.

Ordered through DoorDash and our wings were gross and the fries were hard. $45 down the drain.. I get its a Sunday and it’s game day but there is no excuse for this.. you need better cooks and check your food before it goes out. Ask yourself, would you eat this?!

Horrible! If it wasn’t for me to ask about my order I would had waited another 30mins. I purchased the simplest order 6 wings, fries and a drink that took literally 28mins to make. I checked my time when ordered and when the guy apologized and handed me my order. It took my whole lunch break from work to wait I had call that I was arriving back to work a few mins late. That’s not it as I got in my vehicle take a look at the poor wings handed to me Dried, sucked up I even had chew through it so much it felt as if I were chewing a plastic bag, the fries were limp and soggy. I rated 2 stars just because it’s a clean environment I was so disappointed. I wasn’t even given napkins had to eat on the road what a great experience Wingstop. Never again will I come here. Normally Wingstop makes amazing classic wings and fries. But today felt like a 180. More than half the wings burnt or overdone and soggy fries. I don’t know if it’s a different crew or something but it was a terrible experience. On top orders being delayed. Going to avoid this place for the time being. Major disappointment

Clean restaurant once you enter, nice workers with great customer service. Clean restrooms as well very helpful with any questions you may have. Wonderful wings and food never cold always served hot orders always out on time. I recommend coming to the wing stop in weslaco wonderful service overall.

Employees did NOT have hairnets, they did not answer the phones manager Sofia and both employees were just standing while the phone was ringing the coke machine was filled with ice food was not on time longer then promised time restrooms were dirty and so was the restaurant I do not recommend going here after 6 pm
