Other comments are just karen’s. This is the best wing place in kyle they have never gotten our order wrong and it hits the spot every time. Even when you’re sober so you know it’s just that good. They must put some magic in their Dr.Pepper because it’s the best freaking Dr.pepper ever and don’t even get me started on the ranch. The workers are always smiling and happy to help even when they are very busy. Overall 10/10.

Definitely not worth your time here , I sent my girlfriend to pick up our DoorDash order and 1 it was a 30minute wait after the app said it was ready and then after she got the order my girlfriend looked at the fries and they were limp and cold so we asked for another set of fries for an extra 5mins and these are how they came out .

Store completely sucked the life out of chicken where is so tough I couldn’t even get a remake on the order. As a franchise how do you expect to succeed with a 3.1 rating?? I plan on calling the franchise corporate office. Customer service was awful by Eddie, he wouldn’t offer a remake. Took 20 minutes to get the manager to come up. Seems others have had the same experience with Customer service problems. Most places will just give you a copy of a credit card refund paper receipt, they refused to and claimed the payment was deleted. This is an awful franchise concept how do you expect to build repeat customers and business???

Ordered online. Went and picked up my order and we checked it with the cashier. Order looked to be all there so left and went home only to find out that we were missing the wings in one combo meal. Called and was put on hold for 20mins. Called back multiple times only to be hung up on several times!!!! Finally got them to answer the phone only to find out that I could return the the store and pick them up.

The most bad location I ever had experience with this is the fifth time they gave me an order not complete I got home I ordered 30 wings count I found only 19 I went back to them. They want me to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. avoid these thieves don’t ever trust them.

Un kept tables.. no iced tea. Example of catering more to take out than dine in customers. 40 minutes to get food and when we asked about our order was met with sharp attitudes from management. Food was good but not good enough to return.

My wife went in to pick up food for our family and the service was terrible. We paid online and she waited for someone to ask her for help and she was skipped by another couple that walked in. About to her skipped again she said something to the next person to enter and they were cool, but the cashier wasn’t. When she finally got our food the drinks were missing. She asked for them and the cashier said they were out of ice. My wife asked for bottled drinks and the cashier straight up told her no. She asks for a manager and explains the situation and the manager straight up rolls their eyes and says to give her the bottled drinks. Food gets home and it’s terrible, fries are old, cold and soggy, chicken is dry and hard like it’s old. Talk about a waste of money and time. Never going to eat there or recommend it to anyone.

Food took an hour, dine in tables and floor were dirty and looked liked it hadn’t been swept all day. I had to wipe down my own table to eat. Drink station was wet and sticky. I know it’s a wing place and some grease is expected but walking around the restaurant felt like I could slip on oil. I won’t be coming back.

ANYTIME I go this location my fries are cold & my chicken looks dried out like they have been sitting there all day! I’ve been to this location 4 times & 3/4 it’s been horrible. It’s has always been a time gap in between my visit. So I thought maybe my experience would be different! I was definitely wrong! I called & spoke with a manager. I said for his name he said Justin but I clearly heard the young lady address him by Eddie. I need to contact corporate about that location
