We ordered online for takeout 8-wing combo with a deal including free voodoo fries. The chain is set in a dated retail center. The dine in area is pretty bare bones and tore up, and not very clean. From what I could see of the kitchen it looked pretty grimy, too. Picking up the order was pretty awkward as they thought I was a delivery driver at first. The food itself was decent, kind of small wings for the price. The flavors were fine, a little on the sweet side. The flavor in the voodoo fries was pretty good, but they have a soft french fry so it was all kind of mushy. I’d consider going back for an online deal.

I placed an online order and came to pick up. Cody was working the register this evening, and he is truly an assest! He was friendly to everyone whether they called in or were ordering in person. He let me know my order would be a few more minutes and supplied me with a cup when my order was ready. I would definitely order from this location again and that is due in large part to Cody’s dedication to customer service.

I had a very bad experience. I had called more than once waiting on the phone over 20 minutes. I drove up and walked up to the counter to show cashier how I was still waiting on the phone for someone to take my order. I asked to speak to manager and he wasn’t helpful. I did see two employees with no hurry on to getting to the phone to take my order. I also saw a phone cord un hooked and took a photo and asked the manager if that was why I kept being on hold for so long. His reply was his employees have been busy . I was hoping for a better response .

Don’t eat here it’s nasty the serve raw chicken yami the Gm always playing with her hair and noise while tossing the chicken into the box they have mouses in the back they keep old blue cheese to serve instead of rotating them and making new ones they don’t wash dishes right they always leave them oily and they use them the next day like that instead of using dawn soap and the scrubby .
