I love Wingstop wings but the customer service at this location has a lot to be desired. I was feeling really hungry so I ordered 15 wings instead of 10. But then I noticed the jump in price from 13.79 to ~24.00. I asked why the jump in price for 5 more wings is $10. The girl at the counter said its because its a combo and I respnded so is the other one. They acted like a bunch of jerks because I changed my order back to 10 wings because I wasn’t going to lay $28 after taxes for 15 wings. I could have a steak dinner for that price.

Cool this place! I had an order for 1345 on a Wednesday and I finished my other errands early and came in 20 minutes early and sat on the bench waiting like a total stranger. A nice female employee with a tattoo on her left forearm reached out and asked me if I needed anything and I told her I just came in early and she asked for me name and went right on to working on the order and had me out in less than 20 minutes. WOW. Now this is how you teach your employees at any service based business. Thanks so much guys!

Ordered and waited for almost 30 minutes and our wings were sitting on the shelf the whole time they never called them out or gave us our food we happened to see the bag with my name on it and had to ask them for it got home everything was already cold and the chicken tasted old and tough pretty lame but on a lighter note the tables were sticky so my drink didn’t slide off while I was waiting

I personally love the food from wingstop but I don’t ever see myself entering this (establishment (NORTH Abilene specifically) again as the attitudes from the cashiers is just too much to handle. No greeting or warm welcome just straight up stank face an attitude right when you walk in the door. Prepare to be glared down by the rudest, most unprofessional cashiers you’ve ever met. Couldn’t even finish my order without them rolling their eyes an being overly aggressive to the point where I just couldn’t see me spending my hard earned money just to receive such terrible treatment. From previous experience, management isn’t much better an I shouldn’t have expected much. The whole place just gives me bad vibes an I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere or even across town at the Buffalo gap location instead as the north side location has consistently left a BAD taste in my mouth as far as customer service goes. Do better.
