Showed up for lunch with no wait in line and still sat for 40 minutes for a 10 piece of wings and fries. After rushing back to work so I wouldn’t be late I started eating my wings before I realized these wings still have full feather on them! HORRIBLE food quality.

By far the best Wing Stop I’ve been to. The service was top notch and the food came out hot and fresh. Came in with a couple of coworkers and we all full and happy. The Wing Stops that are more local to me are garbage compared to this one.

We waited from 9-10:30 for our food and was told about 3 different times it would be 15 more minutes. On the last time asked, one worker yelled at me to stop asking and it’ll be another 30 minutes. The order was behind him and when I got home, the whole order was wrong.

This is the worse wingstop I have ever been to. I waited for 1:30 minutes they never put my order in. I checked with the staff member, and the manager stated they had never placed my order in. He did not even apologize for wasting my time. As a boss, it is your responsibility to explain to your customer why they did not get the service that they deserve, the manager did not apologize, and I finally asked to cancel my order; he went straight ahead and did so without no empathy, he couldn’t even tell me why the void receipt was off, he needs more leads to better assist customer, I am very disappointed by this Wingstop. The manager needs training.

This location on West County in Odessa, TX, is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. I live in DFW and would visit there at least three times a week, lunch and dinner for the family. Since in Odessa I’ve been to this location three times and the last two occasions have been a nightmare. Wait, was 3 hours on a call in order “at the store.” When told on the phone, it was an hour till it was ready got there and sat till I had to leave with no food after wasting 3 hours of my day! Will never visit that location again. And have stopped recommending this location also.

Well didn’t read the reviews, boy ole boy I so should have. This isn’t a friendly place by no means. Cashier was rude and send very annoyed for some unknown reason. We wait 35 mins for our food as told due to the crowd they had, so we were ok with that. So here it is 35 mins later and we finally get our food.. We were so hungry and we sat down to eat and first off or order was wrong. Very upset from the start. Fries in the pic as you can see we do salty we couldn’t eat them. The wings were not so good. All I can say is do not make the mistake we did read the reviews at the restaurant you go to it does matter. This one is one of the worst places we’ve been to since we’ve been here. Do your homework it will help you in the long run. But for my advice don’t eat here.

It would help if they weren’t always leaving out half of your order during delivery and if when they delivered, they didn’t put the food directly in front of your door so that you can spill everything while opening it.

Food was cold and not seasoned but just on one side and I went to complain and the manager yelled at me from the grill and I yelled back and they wanted to charge me for seasoning when one side had no seasoning to begin with. Worst place ever and the food is cold too!
