25 min for a single order on a slow day, ridiculous. I listen to loud music but when you have to uncomfortably raise your voice to listen to someone next to you is absurd. Soggy fries, and the wings just barely warm, too hungry to complain.

My online order was not complete when I picked it up. This isn’t the first time at this location had happened at least 4 or 5 times that I have to check my order before leaving the building. I told the cashier that I was missing 5 boneless in an order of 50 Dlls and they ask me for my whole order to open all my boxes and verify that I was missing the 5 boneless. I told them that maybe next time they can give me what I’m missing instead of checking in the whole family order. As I am explaining to him I was speaking Spanish and he told me that he didn’t speak Spanish, so I started to speak English and he told me again that he didn’t speak Spanish, even though I was speaking English, at the end a lady who is not helping and it’s at the kitchen on the back still yell at me “to have a good day!” But in a sarcastic way, very unprofessional and poor customer service.

My fave is the fries so any way I put an online order made sure sure to put that I wanted at a later time cause I timed myself I wanted it done by 830 I arrived at store at 832 I asked if it was just made he said yes about 5 minutes ago I was like ok perfect … my damn fries were trash . Not cool man not cool … please honor the time we want our order to be ready for freshness !!!!

This is the closest location to us so we go here often. 8/10 times they never get the order right and it’s always the special instructions they fail at. I ask for wet wings plus lemon pepper fries and it usually lacks these two things. Only reason we keep going is because it’s down the street from us. Food is good the cooks just lack following special instructions.

Third time we show up and there’s a 45-1 hour wait time for customers for dine in because there’s a long list of online orders. When we walked in all 3 times we where the only ones for dine in all tables where empty. Sucks they prioritize online orders over dine in. This location sucks.

Wing Stop wings are some of my favorite wings. However, it’s starting to get a little too expensive. 6 traditional wings, fries, and drink for almost $12?! Yikes. They’ve started using bigger wings which I’m not a fan of. That probably explains why the price has gone up and why they take so much longer now than before to get orders out. This particular location was ok. Usual wait time and the staff could be friendlier.

Absolutely horrible experience. Me and my family came to dine inn and believe it or not, it took us 50 minutes to get served our food! Not only this but finally when the food arrived it was absolutely disgusting. Overly seasoned fries which made them taste insanely salty. We ordered lemon pepper and ALSO way over seasoned !! Super greasy and slimy. Picture shows how absolutely disgustingly greasy the wings were. I wouldn’t be as upset as I am now if it wasn’t for the fact that the meal ended up being 70 DOLLARS. Will never come again and you shouldn’t either, extremely disappointed.

Came for dinner around 8. Ordered my food. Big rush came in, one big group after another saw everyone get their food in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my Wings and fries. Wing Stop is my favorite stop for wings. It makes it all the better when there’s good service!
