I was greeted right away which was nice and my order was taken quickly. I placed an order inside to go and I waited as they said 25 min or more. Once I received my order I went home only to find the fries were cold, old, wilted, unseasoned, and dark brown from the oil. My wings were soft barely cooked and soaked in sauce. I live down the street and I was willing to wait inside for my order because I expected it to be fresh as I could see they were busy with Togo orders. I was disappointed I had my bf come in to town and this was his first meal. This was the first time I’ve had this experience

The reason I give a 4 and not a five is because they forgot an item. However, when I went to get credit for it the manager was welcoming and even gave me a free drink since it was hot out. The way the handles the situation was mature and efficient.

Horrible location. One of the worst places I’ve been to. Either it’s incredibly short staffed or there is just a lack of urgency and efficiency. Either way this place is ridiculous. I always do pick up and last night was the final straw. I used to go multiple times before and every time has been horrendous. I stopped going for a while because of how bad this place, the customer service, and overall service was. I only went back because I was picking up an order for someone else. I waited over an hour for the order! Another guy told me he waited over an hour and a half! Absolute nonsense. And it didn’t even get busy until after I got there and the few people that were there were waiting extremely long. I kept asking the employee how much longer after I already waited 30 mins, he told me 10. 20 mins more passed, asked again and told me “will be out shortly” and still waited an additional 25 minutes! Please save your money and time and go to either another wing place or another Wingstop location because this place is an absolute joke. Honestly hope they close down if they don’t know how to service people correctly. Also a good amount of sauce was leaking out of the bag, the Sprite was out yet again, and also from past experience ALWAYS check your food. Most of the time they get it wrong or miss something.

Placed an order over the phone to “pick up in 25-30 minutes”. Arrive at the restauraunt, am told my order over the phone wasn’t placed and I need to wait another 30 minutes for my food. When I said I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes, was told “you already waited 30 minutes, another 30 isn’t a big deal”.

I am gonna drop this like its hot because nothing from Wingstop was! Nothing was edible when I went to this location and not even fresh. When my kids don’t even want to eat the items that we got for $70+ it is an issue. Especially when they love the bread. The bread was old and hard which was unappetizing. The fries weren’t fresh instead they were old and had black spots on most of the fries. Most of the items was hard or old and why should someone go to a place to pay $70 if I am getting old food. There was an upside there was one thing that was good which was edible and that was the potato salad we got from Ruby’s. At least at Rudy’s they weren’t rude when I arrived like Wingstop who ignored me for 3-5 minutes. At Wingstop they helped the person behind me first and didn’t greet me until I said something. The hostess at Wingstop was rude plus the food was terrible!!!

i love wingstop bro. but every time i order online and show up at the store, i have to wait for another 30 minutes at the location just to see my order sitting on the line not being touched. especially when there’s a full kitchen staff. even though my order was correct, having to put it in the microwave is unacceptable. dedicate employees that will communicate with one another to a station, it would be a lot more manageable in rush hours.

We came today at 11 a.m, because we forgot that they open at 11 not earlier. First thing is, the doors didn’t open till almost 5 minutes past 11 a.m. The employees came to open the doors and saw us standing outside in the sun waiting and didn’t even invite us inside and hold the doors, i know that is just a courtesy but it should be done. Second, we go to order with a cashier who said her name was Norma, I begin to order and she starts speaking over me but i couldn’t understand what she was saying, I also am hard of hearing naturally. So i said “Im sorry, what was that?” and she goes “What. Is. The. Name. For. The. Order?”, literally speaking to me in the rudest and most ignorant tone ever. I was shocked and decided that was ridiculous of her to treat a customer that way. Then, at the end, I asked her for her name and she couldn’t even say her name clearly, I had to ask about 3 times for her to tell me it was Norma. Furthermore, she was rude and impatient in general! She even had the nerve to say “Your order will be ready in 30 minutes because we JUST OPENED.” Like ok? Yeah girl we knew that already, no need to be condescending! For the drinks, the coke custom machine wasn’t working properly so it took minutes just for it to load your drink choice. It did take 30 minutes, and somehow they prioritized online orders before ours too. Overall I am disappointed in the customer service, and the experience here. I love WingStop but do yourself the favor and don’t go to this one…

Not just this location but all Wingstops. Seems like the quality of the chicken has gone down. I usually ask for it extra crispy and extra sauce but no matter which location I order it from in the past year I’ve gotten them either lacking sauce or not cooked well. Not raw, but just not extra crispy. It’s a bummer, I used to love Wingstop and my order hasn’t changed, 8 PC bone in 4-garlic/parm , 4- original hot, lemon pepper fries. But maybe Wing Daddys will be better

Place is always dirty. Not sure how often they change their oil in the fryer, but nothing came out crispy. Just Burnt and flimsy fries. Wings that are just mush. Not worth ordering here, especially if you are on a lunch break.
