This is the closest wing stop to our home and every time we order it is so so bad. Why do we keep ordering here, well I guess we hope it will get better. It will not! This is hands down the worst establishment. From the service to the food. Never fails. Always incomplete order given, food cold and old. I am talking At least 4 times thus far. The management needs to be changed. The managers are very young always on their phones. I mean does the corporate office know? I will be making a phone call and sending an email to corporate. I’m just so beside myself. Do not order from here if you just check your food before leaving for sure. Also make sure that the fries are not old , and the potatoes they use aren’t black .

In the northeast, we ordered online and arrived at the suggested time. We let a cashier know we were there for an order and she said it wasn’t ready. We waited an hour without our order and no employee checked on us. Several people were waiting like us. I love the wings and fries, but I feel this service is not acceptable.

Ordered online, showed up to get food and it wasn’t ready when I arrived, then received cold food, soggy regular fries and cold chicken. It’s about a 5 minute drive back to my house from the store so there’s no way everything was cold and soggy just from the drive. Then I received home to realize I was missing items. Ordered again recently and half of 1 combo was missing along with the entirety of another combo I ordered. It was a larger order, but they made me bring the entire order back to the store just to prove the items were missing and refused to remake the other parts of the order that were now also cold and soggy. This has been an issue ordering at this location every single time.

I always order online and emphasize the extra cook time, a couple of occasions the food did seem under cooked but the employees will get another order ready for you in that case. The wait time of the food is a little long but still respectful. Good customer service and okay quality food. My advice would be to order online for a pick up.

Stood there for 20 minutes watching the manager humiliate her employees. At some point taunt her employee in the front by asking him several times if he even knew how to read in the most humiliating way possible in-front of customers!!! I hope these employees know they have rights and can complain!!! You should really take care of this issue right away. Terrible service, I don’t even know where to begin. Ordered over 40 minutes ago, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff stared at me. Most of the other reviews site the food is undercooked, so at least I know what to expect now. Feels like a social experiment in here, I wonder if John Quiñones is going to come out of the janitor closet or something lol.

I went to this Wingstop and wanted to add some traditional wings to my phone order when I arrived and they told me no. The shift lead Justin was taking my order and didn’t want to add the combos because they were closing. It was 10:40 when I arrived. I have worked at wingstop, he told me it would take too long for them to drop the traditional wings. It takes 15 min. For wings to be made. Boneless take 6:30 min. So I tried to make it easier and order just boneless and he still hesitated to make the order. I really tried to be nice because I understand wanting to close on time but his attitude was just not it. Wouldn’t go back to that wingstop. The only reason I would go back is for Irving, he is a very nice employee and is always helpful!
