Was excited to try out this new location. Staff wasn’t rude but also not very welcoming. We offered the garlic parm chicken sandwich and wine voodoo fries. Took a long time for our food, which I’ve come to expect from wingstop… but the fruits were still limp and didn’t seem like they were cooked thoroughly. The voodoo fries have very little toppings…it had a good amount of cheese, but the ranch was lacking and the Cajun seasoning was almost nonexistent.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. First of all, Wingstop is overpriced for what it is, prices have gone up and it’s not worth it. This location is fairly new, but needs better management. For whoever is the franchise owner, take this into account and look at the reviews. What is the state policy on food and sanitary guidelines? No one in here was wearing gloves and was handling all the food with their bare hands. Employees seemed careless and seemed like they don’t want to be there. One girl who was handling my food sneezed directly onto the fries before putting it into the bag! She knew I saw her..disgusting. Also business was slow and it took forever to even get my order. The only item that I trusted was the sodas as I got them myself. I would not recommend this location at all until the owner or management addresses these issues or replaces the whole team working there. I will not be coming back. This was around 12-1PM.

My order was not ready with the quoted time I was given via the confirmation email wingstop provided me. I used the online order tool for quick pick up to skip the waiting. Cashier told me to give her 5 minutes. Unfortunately I waited 20 more minutes upon my arrival. This location had 4 other customers waiting as well. It’s pointless for their system to provide a time when your food will be ready and when you show up, it isn’t. To top it off there was no apologies on the delay whatsoever. This is my second time at this location & I’m disappointed with the service again. The first time I went (04/22/2023 Order#17785640120909825), I walked up to pick up an online order I had placed and the female cashier was rude she just looked at me in a unfriendly manner and did not say a word which I wasn’t sure if she was busy doing something on the computer or her phone she was just looking down. I waited patiently for her to say “ I’ll be with you shortly” or “hi, could I help you”. She instead walked away went through the kitchen door they have on the left side, 2 minutes later she came back out and asked if I needed something in a rude manner as if I was bugging her. I told her I was there to pick up my order she then handed me the bag and I told her “thank you” and I got no response back, not even a smile only pure bitterness. I will not be returning to this location anymore. I tried giving them a second chance and they can’t seem to get the staff in check with at least decent manners.

No matter the location, It can be here locally or out of town, every wingstop is known to be dirty, the employees are always outside in the back smoking while guests are waiting and restrooms are filthy! Not even the new locations can over come it! It all comes down to their DM’s and above cause obviously that’s the way they’re training their GM’s to not care! It’s never gonna change unless they change upper management to rid of all the bad habits. You don’t know how much business you all are losing, every guest makes a difference! I was so excited to have a new wingstop near by, but by how my food was served now im truly disappointed/disgusted by this wing stop. We ordered 4 different boneless flavored wings, 3 of them were completely PLAIN and one batch barely had any sauce. While waiting for my food I witnessed the staff handling the food wearing no gloves while being on their phone. Later after we ate some of our food two of our family members were having terrible stomach pains. I suggest everyone to check their food before you leave this location.

Very bad service. Employees dont care that you have been waiting for 45 mins for 8 wings. I saw employees handled food like a joke. One of the guy threw trash around the kitchen, not even put it on the trash can. No one is wearing gloves. I will not come back.

I would not come back here, I called to place an order I got out on hold for 15mins then the phone hung up. I called again 10 mins goes by and they hung the phone up again. I called a third time and interrupted the lady before she put me on hold to tell me “it’s store policy to put calls on hold while we help people in the store” which i find crazy, but I don’t mind going on hold just don’t put me on hold then hang the phone up on me!! This is my second experience of this happening with this wing stop and I hate it.
