This place is constantly the slowest place I have ever seen there is 8-9 workers doing basically nothing as I sit and watch them. Oh one guy just came up to me and said I will check on your order. To no avail here I sit. You better plan a 45 minute wait minimum if you come here!!! Oh hold on one of the workers just came with ice cream cones for several of the very busy workers. I knew I shouldn’t have came here. Do yourself a favor avoid wing stop altogether the other locations are the same way. Update the wings while I was eating them had an old smell to them weren’t very good.

I am a huge fan of wings in general and was very much looking forward to having Wingstop for lunch. I was also happy to see that I decided to order on a day when you all are doing free delivery for lunch. However, my food when it arrived was cold, my fries were NOT cooked all the way and I had asked for them to be extra crispy. I also ordered bone in and got boneless which I’m not a fan of. I will NOT be ordering from Wingstop again. Very disappointed with the service and the cold food.

WingStop takes a bit to make your food. It’s fresh and made to order. We know this, so we order in the app then head to the store. The app told us 30 min and we arrived in about that timeframe. But, there wasn’t any order. The store had never received it. I called around to try and find it and nobody had it. We were pretty hungry at this point so we were about to walk out and go to McDonalds to get something quickly. Ramon, who was working the front last night (8/1/23), asked us to stay and let him make our order on the fly. He took our order, gave us sides and drinks for free, and made it right for the mistake we had experienced. He nailed it. Exceptional customer service!!! Food was well done and the fastest I’ve ever gotten wings. Ramon is the reason we’ll come back.

I eat at wing stop a lot and this is the best wing stop I’ve had in Colorado. Food was made fresh and came out super quick. Both employees I interacted with were friendly and had great customer service. I’ve had some bad experiences at other wing stops in the state but this location restored my faith in the brand and was exceptionally good. Wings were seasoned and sauced right. Wings came out in about 8 minutes even though store was busy and had a lot of other pick up orders they seemed to be preparing. I was in & out of the store within 10 mins even though I didn’t order in advance. The employee handing off the food was super nice. 5 stars. Will come back if I’m in the area again.

Big fan of Wingstop! -Broomfield Town Center. While I couldn’t eat here every day (even though I’d like to) it’s a great place for the occasional family treat, or perfect accompaniment to a afternoon of watching a sports game. You can get bone in or bone out with a wide selection of flavors to choose from- when in doubt go with the original. Clean location, friendly staff and only a 20 minute wait, unless you call in advance.

This Wing Stop is my new favorite lunch place. The food is always freshly made, and the garlic parmasean wings are totally craveable. The staff is super friendly and efficient, and knew my name and order on my second visit. Yes, it takes a few minutes to get get your food, but when they make it immediately after you order it that’s to be expected. This isn’t McDonald’s people! I prefer fresh, hot and fabulous anyway.
