Ordered the food went there 30 minutes later, told me I had to wait another 20 minutes. Waited another 30 until I had to walk up and ask for the order I already asked for. Didn’t even call out my order once it was done. For a team of 6 you all sure take a very long time to make just wings… Couldn’t even get the order right that you had a whole hour with like come on. How do you forget the veggies? You don’t even have to make those. Pathetic.

This location sent me sweet tea that looked lighter than apple juice and tasted even worse! When I tried to call to complain, I was put on hold for 25 MINUTES without them even answering the call to tell me to hold! Terrible service!

Delicious food though expect a longish wait if you order in the store (order ahead!) I dined in with my son and the restaurant was nice and clean, so were the high chairs. It was a nice lunch despite waiting for my food because everyone else ordered ahead lol.

Sunday night placed an order at 905 pm waited over an hour for 58 wings had asked for multiple flavors. Got nothing that I asked for correct…. after driving another 25 minutes to my location discovered the wings were plain with no sauce is no additional sauce in the bag. There was no ranch dressing and under cooked fries….. complete waste of money

This Wingstop normally knocks it out of the park but today half my boneless Wings were cold. What’s the point of offering an app to order fresh wings to pick up if you’re going to sauce old cold chicken nuggets? None of the sodas I tried to order worked, and that machine also needs to be cleaned.

It was dinner time, so i gave them 30 minutes before I left to pick it up my order. Email said it would be ready in 16 to 21 min. My food wasn’t ready when I got there. I waited an additional 40 minutes after I went in. I was told it’s it really busy and it was coming up. About 25 people got their food while I waited. Finally the manager had to get involved to correct the problem because someone behind the counter messed up. All that trouble for 20 wings.

So we order Wing Stop and later that night we both have had food poisoning. I was up all night throwing up and having diarrhea. When we called to tell them about what had happened, the guy didn’t even seem to care that we were sick. We told them we weren’t looking for a refund or anything. We just wanted them to prevent it from happening to someone else. They did not seem to care and just told us well they use different tongs. It was like they thought we didn’t get food poisoning. I’m really disappointed in their lack of empathy and care to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people.
