Third time ordering and every time the wing count was off from what I ordered by three to four missing wings. And I agree with others about the garlic Parmesan flavor being just Parmesan dumped on top of the wings. The Hawaiian sauce is great though but doesn’t make up for missing items every time I ordered.

Ordered one meal… 55 minutes later I left without it. Asked for refund. Was told no. Asked for time update… was told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I gave up. Keep the $30… I’ll NEVER COME BACK

I have to say, today is the Super Bowl and probably their busiest day. I, like almost every other person waiting in the store, ordered in advance and still had to wait an additional hour. Can I just say, the employees kept their cool, greeted everyone, apologized for the delay. They also gave out water, drinks and brownies to everyone waiting. The phone never stopped ringing, I mean never. The employees took it all with a grain of salt and did what they could with the situation. There were a few crabby women, and to them, they offered refunds with a smile. Kudos to the staff on what I’m sure was not a fun day.

I tried the orange Szechuan chicken thigh bites and they were delicious! I’m not sure the bites were actually chicken thighs though… they felt like regular boneless wings. We ordered lemon pepper thighs which were maybe a tad over seasoned so they were super salty.

I put in an online order and when I went to pick up my food it had been lost! There is something wrong with the system as I saw the same situation happen to several other pick up orders. I had to write down my order for the young lady and it took another 40mins to get my food. There were only 2 employees for a dinner rush which is abhorrent as orders were staking up. The young girl working register also needed to assist in the back. She was so overwhelmed that she could not even properly assist customers. I do not blame her, I blame whatever manager made 2 people work a dinner shift alone! It is appalling and a terrible way to treat staff and customers. Either higher more employees or close the damn store! I won’t come to this location again due to the clear mismanagement of the place.

Ordered the new thighs with lemon pepper seasoning. After arriving home, there was no seasoning on them. I understand these things happen, so we called in to see what can be done. The manager tells the employee to tell us that we’d have to bring these wings back in for them to add the seasoning to them, and we couldn’t drive back later (it was snowing and we live 15 minutes away) since the manager wouldn’t be in later we’d have to come back right when we just arrived home. Having been in the food industry for years, I’ve never ever been told to bring in old food to be corrected and at their convenience. Poor managerial customer service and inappropriate to request customers to just throw seasoning on cold food and consider it fixed.

Conveniently located, usually always busy. Normally get my orders right, but you should double-check before you leave! And it seems to really depend on who’s working on how backed up they are with to-go orders. But overall decent meal for the price.
