They need to offer more rewards when you order through the app. I am ambivalent about the fries, I can’t decide if I like them or not. Also if I am paying $20 for wings, the least you can do is throw in some ranch, or blue cheese dressing. They have good hours for the night owls.

The first few orders were fine but the crew members are completely rude. I had a delivery and was on the phone for 40 minutes and no one answered… I wanted to change a flavor. DoorDash got there and that’s when they called me and the crew member said, “oh well someone turned our phones on low so we didn’t hear your call” and then lied about calling me when I had my phone in my hands. Rude! I don’t recommend this place..

Awful customer service from staff. I wasn’t able to place an order online so I walked in to place an order in person. The guy at the register spent most of our interaction texting on his cell phone behind the monitor. When he asked me if I wanted my wings in a meal, I asked what comes in a meal. He pointed to a sign on your door with, I guess a picture of the meal, that was unable to be read from inside the building. Super rude, very unhelpful. He told me my total, I inserted my credit card and he went back to texting on his cell phone. Literally didn’t look back up at me. No thank you or have a nice day. Couldn’t believe it. Will not be returning.

I tried to make a 75 wing family pack order for delivery at 11:40pm after landing in Denver at this location. The website would not allow me to place the delivery order online and so we called this store to place the order for pickup. The guy we spoke to said he was unable to make such a large order over the phone late at night. I then asked if I could make the order online for pickup and he said ok.

It seems that no one knows what they are doing. I ordered five meals and was told my order would be ready in 40 minutes, but I was not given a receipt. I was told to pay until I returned for the order, and when I returned my order, it had my name misspelled on it, ok that’s nothing, so I paid, realizing one order of wings was missing. I had to reorder them and wait another 30 minutes for the order they didn’t add.

What happened? I have now had three chicken sandwiches there. The first was excellent and cheaper than the third. The second was okay but dry. The third one was TERRIBLE. It had the texture of rubber and all I could do was chew it and spit it out. I doubt that I’ll try a forth.

We stopped in for lunch on a busy football Sunday. The young man behind the counter greeted us quickly, answered our menu questions, and was super polite.
