This was my first time at this location. Saturday in the afternoon is pretty slow, which was good for me. Chicken was cooked just right and flavors were coming through as well. The seasoned fries were good as always. Cashier had patience with me because I was hot and needed to get it together. Until next time.

I know they get busy, but waiting an hour for a 8pc combo is wild. Once I got my food I opened the bag to check my food and everything seemed good. After getting home I opened the wing container and they gave me the wrong wings. Such a shameful disappointment, but made sense. While waiting in the lobby I witnessed at least seven upset customers with wait time taking too long and six with complaints about their food order being wrong. I will not ever order from this location on Wadsworth and Colfax ever again.

Placed order online. Said 15-20 minutes. We went to Walmart while we waited took us a little longer than 20 minutes we assumed it was going to be ready. Once we arrive food was still not ready. Two male employees were arguing between them the whole time. Plus when we got home our fries were missing. Also, called to tell them that and still on phone waiting we are at 9 minutes on hold.

The food was good the service was absolutely terrible. I walked in no one else was in there to order it to go order just 1 set of wings and I sit down after paying, the woman who helped me order was very nice. I’m waiting and I’m waiting more people are coming. They’re getting their orders I’m not getting my order. It turns out my order was sitting on the bottom of a shelf for 20 minutes. I finally asked about my order. A different person gets it from the bottom of the shelf and hands it to me and then gives me a dirty look that I grab it and I walk away without saying anything because I’m irritated that my food was sitting there getting cold because they couldn’t tell me that my food was done. You’re better off going to the one down the street and getting better service. Highly disappointed.

Please check your order before you leave. They do not care at all and will screw it up 80 percent of the time. They also charge a lot for ranch then fill the tiny cup 50% full like it comes out their paycheck.

Terrible location. Won’t return, won’t recommend. I placed a pickup order here two days ago and I wanted to cancel, but the only way to cancel is to call the store. I tried calling three days in a row. No answer. So I finally show up to ask for my refund, and they’re asking me the same questions over and over. I offered my contact info, I offered the phone records. I was in the store for over 15 minutes and eventually walked out. The whole reason I wanted to cancel is because the last two times I’ve ordered here it’s taken almost two hours. The staff “can’t keep up”, but they’re all talking and on their phones. Psh.
