I went in and ordered at the counter waited inside 30 minutes today for food that came to me cold wasn’t worth the 15$ for a meal. People were nice however fries were packed in side ways and were all spilt out in the bag . Very disappointing currently air frying the food that I just waited and paid for right after leaving smh.

Ordered online they told me around 15 minutes i got there and the wings weren’t ready they told me another 45 minutes,waited the 45 minutes took my food home just to find out there is hair and lint on my fries looks like they drop them and just pick them up and put them inside the bag.i went back to show them what they did and they got mad they did gave me new ones but in a bad mood.

Food was supposed to be ready around 7 from online order, wasn’t ready on time. Can understand that they were busy too. But to ask a young man, there is 2 orders in the bag, right?…. and be told it is (my fault for having faith in someone else’s eyes) and get home.. and half of my food is missing. Try to call and can’t get through (find out later it’s because they just let the phone ring and ring constantly inside) and have to wait for someone else instead of the cashier to fix the problem.. wait another 30 minutes for them to correct my order. And now half of the food is cold and half of it is fresh.. wouldn’t recommend coming here, food is good but the customer service is terrible!

I placed my order & my order ETA was 16-21 minutes – I show up after 25 minutes and wait in the lobby for an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES while there were at least 15 bags for doordash sitting made on a rolling shelf the whole time (only ONE picked up in the time I was standing there so GROSS) & people coming in after me were leaving in 5-10 minutes. After TWO teams members checked on my ticket and assured me it was being worked, I asked for a manager since I had been standing there for 25+ minutes. The manager, Victor, was the rudest one AND he walked over to his ticket and back and TRIED TO LIE STRAIGHT TO MY FACE SAYING MY TICKET HAD JUST GOTTEN PRINTED… after that, instead of showing any sort of leadership, he asks me if I want me food in 5 MORE minutes OR a refund and stated “he will not do both” — the fries were clearly the first thing done because they were obviously 30-45 OLD AND DISGUSTING. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WINGSTOP, IF ANY WINGSTOP EVER – WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREADING MY EXPERIENCE. JUST GO TO BWW (double the wing flavors & WAY better customer service)

This is location near my house, therefore the location I frequent the most. Generally, the time quoted is accurate and within a reasonable time frame. The employees are nice and make the orders correctly. I have not had an issue at this store. It is clean and like all the other wingstops has a nice decor.

This was my first time eating Wingstop. I’ve heard many great things about it and was craving wings so I stopped in. It was full of people waiting on orders from online ordering which is a convenient option for ordering. It is easy to navigate, I believe the deal was good also, $16.99 for 20 boneless wings and a shareable order of fries. I ordered their lemon pepper, original buffalo, and the mango habanero (I believe were the names) I liked the chicken itself, crispy but not dried out. The flavors were not what I was expecting. To begin, the lemon pepper tasted more like artificial lemon flavoring than pepper. It actually was like eating a huge Lemonhead candy, good, but not for a wing. The habanero was okay yet salty more than flavorful. The buffalo were the best of all and I would order them again. The fries were okay, a little soggy in a sense(greasy) but had a good flavor, though after indulging, I was told they use sugar to season instead of salt. I don’t know how I feel about it, but that fact left me limiting how many I ate. I imagined diabetics ordering, not knowing that and getting a not so happy surprise, it just didn’t make my appetite increase enough to finish them. I did order for take out and walked in right when they were done so I feel that their timing was on point. Otherwise, the location was a little dirty, but to be fair, they were super busy. I usually give restaurants three strikes before not returning again. Though I did like aspects of what I received, it’s a strike one for me. I will give it a second chance, maybe at another location.

YUM YUM YUM I LOVE WINGSTOP ITS SO BOMB!! i love when my wings are so crispy it’s so good fr i love the big latto meal I also got voodoo fries and the cheese machine broke while they were making it i was so afraid bc I NEEDED my voodoo fries! the manager rushed over to help the other workers and fixed the problem I was so happy and i think i even got some extra cheese on my fries thanks wingstop employee’s y’all r real ones ❤️❤️❤️❤️
