I placed a pick up order and called in because our order was missing the 3 dips included. My wife went back to pick up the 3 dips as I called into the store. They were going to get the three dips ready for pickup. Then I ended up calling back asking if the fries could possibly be replaced too. The employee mentioned about bringing in the old fries but I requested to speak with manager. Cesar answers and I kindly requested if the fries could be replaced and he said for my wife to speak with him when she arrived to the store and the call ended. Then I get a call from my wife stating manager Cesar was very rude and swearing words because he called me a liar that the fries were not being replace unless she had the old ones. My wife responded professionally as a customer and store manager threatened to call the police and banned her from the store. Cesar continued to refuse to give her the dips stating she was behavioral in an unprofessional manner. She was then finally given the dips by an employee and left the store. I called the store to professionally speak to cesar and he got worked up and became unprofessional with me and sweared at me stating the company policy is to return the old fries in order to replace for new one and then hung up on me.

I placed an 30 piece group pack bone in. The wings were so over cooked the chick was dry even with the sauce. There was a few people pretty mad about their orders one couple had ordered to eat inside and was there before me and they completely forgot about their order so they had to wait even longer. I am a pretty loyal customer but the last handful of times I have been there they always mess up my order either forgetting something or the fries are cold the customer service is not the best I keep saying I am not going to go back.

They never pick up their phone!! Literally on the phone for 25 minutes! Then I asked the lady if the do not work and she said, No they work, we’re just busy and we don’t have time to pick up the phone” – she was the one at the cashier on 7/9/23 at 1:00pm. How is that the customers fault? This sounds like a manger and scheduling issue!

Worker was picking food out of her teeth with her finger at the register. Then we were confused on how our fries were cold, when I order was that for a pick up at 8:30 and we picked up our order at 8:31. We did this to make sure our food was fresh, not made a hour before we got there.

if I can give zero stars I would. this location sent me my food placing wet items splitting on my dry items and didn’t complete my order. fries were soggy from the carrots and celery ranch was spelt all over the stuff and bottom of the bag. I ordered 40 wings total only got 20 of them the fries o ordered where also not received, got plain instead of the flavors I ordered. called to speak to a manager and was told no management was on duty . so basically this location doesn’t have anyone on shift to ensure orders are correct and that staff is correctly preparing orders.

We went there for dinner this evening. Customer service is horrible to say the least. Very rude people all they wanted to do was gossip amongst themselves. Got tea from the unsweetened container and it was extremely sweet tea tried explaining several times the unsweetened container has sweet tea in it. Another batch of tea was being made for sweet tea (sugar added) after I told them about the other one. They completely ignored me and said we are fixing it now that was from this morning. They never fixed it unsweetened container had sweet tea and the sweet tea container had sweet tea also. All they did is roll eyes at me for saying something and never fixed it. Very dirty tables as well. Poor poor service

Called to place an order and was on hold for almost 10 minutes then put on another hold after they answered. When the employee answered she acted like we were bothering them. When I went inside to pay the girl at the front had a major attitude. I get it’s a restaurant, but if you can’t handle the pressure of being busy then maybe they shouldn’t work there.

If you want fresh this is the perfect place to go. But you have to be willing to be patient for the freshness. If patience is what you lack don’t walk through the doors and definitely don’t be upset if it takes a while to fully cook fresh wings from frozen status. Many also need to understand how a restaurant works. It is not the cashiers job to cook the food so if your order is passed up that is the cooks that are supposed to go in order and maybe some people need to relax when there are new workers trying to learn the ropes with little to no training. Remember this wing stop was closed for many months due to lack of workers. Be patient and relax a bit for the freshness to arrive. The world is so much better with patient and understanding people. On that note my sandwich took a while but was delicious and my fries were as fresh as can be. Just wish the sweet tea was sweeter. Great job to those working that day.

The employees there were really friendly and positive. The wings were so good we ordered 10 Cajun wings 10 Louisiana style wings and 10 BBQ wings. I will definitely be going back there. Wonderful experience I would recommend this place to anyone
