Came here on 08/19 around 8pm and i forgot to get the workers name but he was kind of a red head, tall n wore a hat. He was SUPER nice best customer service. Made me enjoy my meal even more. Wish i got his name. But THANK YOU so much for being awesome! Hope he gets a raise or something

We were looking for wingnutz and couldn’t find it, so we ended up here. Unfriendly cashier from the moment we got there, terrible overcooked wings, dry like the Sahara desert, tasteless ranch and blue cheese (they said that’s what that was) weird dark fries very greasy. Wouldn’t recommend it!

I think the wind would’ve been good had they not smothered it with sauce. By the time I ate my food(which was about 5 min after picking it up) my wings were soggy. I ordered them extra crispy. Soft wings aren’t my thing. I guess if you like crispy wings, ask for extra light sauce. I’ll try it one more time and see if they get it right.

The food was so good! I loved the lemon pepper, the Hawaiian wasn’t as good though. It was my first time there and the person taking my order was pretty quiet, which made ordering a little difficult since I’m already hard of hearing. The fries were so good, I really wanted to keep eating them even though I was full. The tables could be cleaner but overall it was a great experience!

Crammed into one box, no napkins or utensils. Had to ask in person about buying a side of parm because there’s no option for that online. The paper bag also had a huge hole in the bottom. The wings themselves were good though which is why I still left 3 stars

Chad was excellent – thanks for the food service. We had the Tuesday boneless wings special and got jerk, mango habanero, garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub. All of the flavors popped, and each wing was larger than expected. The space was clean and inviting. The free style soda always works well – it gives lots of choices. I would recommend this place to others.

First time ordering in this location and it will probably be my last. Don’t mean to be a Karen but I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered online which said my order will be done in 10-15 minutes. I show up and had to wait 30 more minutes for my order. My fries were burnt , which I don’t recall asking for “well done” fries. They didn’t even have the seasoning that I asked for. I’m sorry but horrible workers. I wouldn’t recommend leaving new employees alone.

I want to start by saying customer service was really nice I’ll give them that. Other than that I wouldn’t give them any stars. They didn’t get ANY of my order right I am so mad I wish I can have a refund. On top of that I didn’t even get my ranch. Didn’t get my cajun corn I asked for. I got boneless instead of classic. I got other flavors that I didn’t order. I didn’t get my buffalo sauced fries I ordered. The only thing that was right was the soda because that is self serve. Not going here again.

Came here for the first time last night. No servers, just order your wings, and find a place to sit. The menu was confusing because they only have pricing for combos. Theres no consistency with what’s included (some include drinks and fries, others include only fries) so it was hard to determine what the best value was (price per wing). It took me 15 minutes to decide that 2 large individual combos is what was best since the cashier told me it would be $17 for 15 wings (~$1.13 per wing).
