We went to the Ogden Utah wingstop om 7/8/23. We had a horrible experience. We are frequent visitors of wingstop. We ordered 30 wings. 5 lemon pepper. 25 Louisiana rub. The lemon pepper wings were fine. The 25 Louisiana rub wings however didn’t get any seasoning. They were absolutely plain. When we brought that to the workers attention they said there was NOTHING they could do to resolve this. They refused to remake them. They refused to simply take them back to season them. They refused to refund us. So we were stuck with an order that we didnt even order and there was no attempt to remedy the issue. The “manager” came and looked at the wings and agreed they we plain and did nothing. A “general manager” was then supposedly called and again not a darn thing was done to fix the obvious issue. Just plain horrible experience. Even some other customers overheard our exchange with the worker and were astonished at how poorly the situation was handled. I feel like i was robbed and in fact in was. Robbed of $45. I have filed a complaint through the corporate website. If they fix things than I will happily remove a negative review.

We went in on 4/20. To start, a very confused person took about 3 minutes to back her car up and pull out of the parking lot. Outside of the store was a group of people standing and staring silently at each other. The massive crowd of stoners inside seemed confused, but jubilant. After scooting passed the group of people waiting for an open soda machine, we picked up our order and continued the voyage of trying to get passed the wall of mindless waiting. There was a guy standing in the corner laughing at nothing. Life is good.

I tried to do an online order it wouldn’t take my payment so I called n the lady was very very rude she didn’t want to take my order on the phone so I tried the app again it wouldn’t let me so I came in to the store when I walked in she was yelling at someone on the phone and told them to go to the Riverdale one if they didn’t like her service or her attitude. Bad customer service all the way around I wouldn’t recommend coming here

Wings were 10 times better then Buffalo Wild Wings!!! And the voodoo fries are a definite thing to try!!! I wish I could give this store more then 5 stars! The staff was more then perfect and everything came out on time! 10/10 Service!

We visit this place often, never had an issue, today we ordered 50.00+ in wings, and they put no ranch in the order. I called them and asked them if we had to start ordering our ranch on top of ordering the wings, he said our order only came with one, which we didn’t receive. I told him it was a little ridiculous that on such an expensive order, that the order wasn’t complete, on top of the fact that there were only two other people in the store, picking up door dash orders, the restaurant was empty. His excuse is that they are human, however, I feel this was lazy, I can understand if they were swamped and running around, but it was a ghost town in there. On top of the manager being really rude about my question and complaint. Really stupid that 1 thing of ranch and a bad attitude will keep us from coming back. Andy’s wings are better anyway all day….Y’all had one job… One job…

I have repeatedly tried to place an order today for a 40 pack well done classic. And have been unable to. I just spoke with Hailey and she was belligerent and told me they don’t do well done wings and I couldn’t order all drums and they never have for the Superbowl. Which I know is a lie because we order every year for Superbowl, as we did last year and order all drums, well done. I asked her why it was offered then and she told me she doesn’t do the online stuff, so she doesn’t know. I told her what’s being offered should be honored. That I don’t like fatty wings and I asked to speak to her manager, to which she refused. I asked her manager’s name and she said “Don’t worry about it.” I said “Are you actually refusing to provide me the manager’s name” She said “You know what?” and HUNG UP on me. I called back a few times and someone picked up the phone and hung up every time. What horrible customer service. I order from this wingstop pretty consistently, as I did last year’s Superbowl, and had no problem getting well done wings, and get well done/extra cooking time every time I order. People like Hailey/Haley (sp?) should not represent such a large restaurant chain. Horrible.
