I arrived to order my food in person. As I ordered and waited for my food, I could see that they were busy, so I patiently waited and thought to myself I’m getting my food nice and hot. Well….. when I got my food, I left with a smile and ready to eat my wigs and fries. Once I got home I opened the bag and reached for my fries…. THEY WHERE COLD AND SOGGY. It was not a great experience with this location.

Never ordering from here ever again ordered twice here and this time I ended up with food poisoning and never will return! The first time I ordered here my wings came dry with barely any sauce. I decided to give them a second chance I placed my order though Uber eats and called the store and let them know that last time I ordered my wings were really dry if they could add a little extra sauce this time. When I received my order my wings were literally swimming in a pool of sauce! I don’t know if they were being jerks or what but it was ridiculous it was like wing soup! The sauce ended up spilling and getting all over the place. My chicken strips I also ordered were over cooked and non edible! I will never give my money to this Wingstop ever again. Once I end up with food poisoning it’s a wrap for me!

Customer service was bad. They move slow, cashier kept taking calls instead of helping people in line. Some of the workers in the back were busy cooking while others just stood there staring instead of coming upfront to help. Place is dirty & really small. My wings were warm but my fries were cold. Which makes me think they were day old & surely tasted like it. If I could give a zero stars I would. It’s like none of the managers just don’t give a care.
