We got great food and Jen did a great job. Jenn came by later to check if we wanted a refill and ask if everything was fine and offered us a bag when were done. She has a calm and confident demeanor. She honestly deserves a raise. The positive atmosphere that this beautiful woman brought is inspiring and its something fresh. We need more kindness and she showed us that with no effort at all. Just ordered & waited about 15 minutes but fries were not hot & chicken wings were lukewarm. The lady took my order was cool but the other 3 employees were just talking and getting out all the call in orders. To wait 15 min at least serve hot food. Those are the fries I was served. Yuck!

When I got there the guy in the front taking orders seemed stressed he said he was by himself. I understand the stress so I waited patiently. But once I got home with my order wings are undercooked and fries too brown. I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering from here again. What a waste of money for food to go in the trash, big disappointment.

Literally always clean every time I eat in there with my family. Front cashier with cute bun that’s always so sweet to everyone that comes in is an angel. Always telling everyone to be safe and just super courteous. I witnessed her help a young girl under 10 outside carry a bunch of food to her car. She goes above and beyond, her name is JENNIFER. She always tries to help customers and gets doors for them as well.

I just got home with my order and my wings are cold we just reheated them in the air fryer but y’all really had me waiting there for “fresh” fries for 40 minute and gave me cold wings and cold fries. Worst location. I called 3 times and they put me on hold for all 3 calls and then hung up on me. Then my husband called and they had him waiting for 30 min. I went to the store to order cause I figured they must be really busy, only to see 5 staff members NOT BUSY AT ALL and when they finally took my order it was with no customer service at all. I dont know why I gave this place another chance, it was my fault for trying again here.

Called 4times. Each time she answered she would put me on hold. which was okay, cuz I’m thinking they must be busy.. right ..while being on hold for about 8minutes the call would disconnect leaving me to have to call back each time. So I drive over (still on hold) Get there and I stand there for 2-3mins(still on hold) not once did she look over to the front nor take my order. She wasn’t the only person there, 5 staff people in the back and she was staring at receipts.
