I have had consecutive occurrences at the location where they are behind on their orders. And the music played in the kitchen is full of derogatory words: not very professional. The people are nice but the customer service needs to improve. If you visit here, be prepared.

It’s mehh… we bought a couple of different rubs and flavors to try from….mid is all I can say. Fries were soggy and had a weird taste to them. THE STAFF was super sweet. They were so nice and patient with us, and it was wonderful customer service! It was cool with a one and done type of experience for that restaurant.

I don’t usually complain or write bad reviews, but I will say Kayla is super unprofessional. She didn’t finish checking me out and just walked away in the middle of checking me out after pressing card when I payed cash. This made an issue for the other employees. She just walked out of the store with another employee without saying anything. It would have taken two extra minutes for her to press cash and give me my proper change. Foods always good though and the other employees were nice so I bumped it from 1 star to 3.

, 20 wings took 20 min. Only ones in the place. The wings looked hideous but my daughter wanted them so bad. She got food poisoning. Thx but never again. they put on all the sauce to cover up the dry under cooked wings. I got plain by the way

I’m very upset at this location, I ordered ahead around 11:30ish & I was at work I got out at midnight & came through an open restaurant to get my wings & they told me they couldn’t sell to me after midnight. I was a few minutes after 12am & I actually spoke to a person & they denied me my food !!! I’m PISSSEDDD, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this location! If I could put NO stars I would. I could understand if I was hours late & I could understand if the doors were locked but they weren’t & my food was made & on the table. I will never order from this location again !

Food is good but be prepared to wait. It took 55 minutes from the time on the receipt to when we got our food. It wasn’t just us either. There were several people just waiting for food.
