Placed my order and while waiting a customer entered the restaurant with her dog. The manager Kim talked with the customer about her dog and proceeded to tell her that she didn’t mind the dog was inside despite sanitary concerns. I made the mistake of complaining only for Kim to dismiss my concern, communicate that this Wingstop makes their own rules, and proceed to announce my concerns to a restaurant full of customers. Tacky, unprofessional, and uneducated staff could likely get you sick but nevermind that, I’m the insensitive one.

Hello! I’m a dasher that frequents this establishment a lot, which always has incredible service, however, there was a gentleman in the back that had started to whistle/catcall at a female customer after she left. He was also trying to encourage the rest of his coworkers on the line to take a look at her and started to talk about her too. That’s very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. This happened the same day I’m posting this about 30 mins ago. He was the shortest one out of everybody that was working that day.

Fries always manage to be both burnt and soggy at the same time. They put a weird sweet seasoning on them. Wings are ok at best and take twenty minutes to get to you. Prices are insane. The entire place reeks of old frier grease. You can smell it so far away that I wonder when they last cleaned the frier…probably never.

I ordered online for my food to be ready at 5 pm. Tell me why I show up to the EMPTY store and everyone is gathered around talking and messing around like they’re at the park? My order wasn’t ready so I don’t even know why I bothered to schedule it. The girls at the front are so loud and obnoxious. Always talking about their personal lives and I can’t even hear myself think! Literally no one wants to hear about how their prom went or how they’re failing classes (shocker). This place has good food but it’s so unprofessionally run.

Love it. Everyone was nice. They were really busy. After ordering we waited 17 min in car and got our food and it was hot and fresh. Food tasted amazing and the fries were so good and seasoned. Loved it so much will go back again.

The food (wings, fries, ranch, cheese dip) is always good. However, I’ve never received my full order with delivery, including tonight…it’s disappointing that checking orders before sending out with delivery drivers is so inconsistent (or consistently poor).

Was vary excited to eat at wingstop again as it has been a while and wanted to stop by and have a delicious dinner. Upon coming in the atmosphere smelled funky, I could see the fryers with black oil inside of them due to not being drained and cleaned out efficiently. A customer was eating outside and I asked if I may see there food to see if it’s even appetizing and the frys were black from there nasty grease and the chicken was over cooked to the point there was almost no meat. Absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed to call it a business. Corporate must not come by much clearly. Started going through reviews for all the wingstop franchises and there all basically the same nasty shizstop. Not no wingstop get it when you get to Texas or farther east for better and more appealing food from wingstop. New mexico and the people here are to lazy and just sick

Those are the chicken and french fries they serve. They look like something left over from yesterday. Unfresh, Moist, burned. It tastes like napkin dumped into water. I wonder how do they make the french fries, steamed? The attendants are not taking the food seriously. Once my family were loyal customers. But not any more. Their constant mistakes and negligence make them lose 5 loyal customers who have been ordering for 3 years. That’s it.

Online ordered for Super Bowl Sunday (along with 1,000 other people). The staff was working their a$$es off, while calmly handling a bunch of rude customers. I had to wait a little bit, but it was still more convenient and affordable than buying a commercial deep fryer for wings and fries at home.
