I had been very happy the past few times I ordered. But this time, I ordered 10 wings and received 6. It will cost me more in gas to go back and wait another however long for the others but to only get 60% of what I paid for is very wrong. The real problem is that the some of the staff DGAF about thier job, a bunch of texting teens who apparently cant even count. Time for a new wing place.

Ordered online for pickup: 30 wings, 3 different flavors, 3 sides of ranch. All I can say is WOW. The new Hot Honey sauce is AMAZING, it’s the perfect bland of sweet and spicy. Lemon pepper of course is a classic and I kick the heat up with Spicy Korean BBQ.

I place my order online and it said that the order should be ready in 58-63 minutes, I also did not receive a message when it was ready.I arrive and took 40 more minutes for me to get my order. They had enough people to complete all the orders that they had but they were not capable of completing my online order during the time period. When I checked my food my fries where not fully cooked and the boneless wings did not have much sauce. Not only my self but other costumers where complaining about there food and how long it took. When approaching the cashier he seemed like he did not know what he was doing and was not helpful.

I waiting over night to leave this review to cool off, but waking up this morning I’m still ticked off. I called in an order they told me it would be ready by 5:10. I got there at 5:12, I paid, no big deal I usually have to wait anyways plus it’s dinner time. I waited there 20 minutes. The young lady at the counter was being rude and disrespectful to everyone. Running to her phone in the corner every chance she got.

My wings were not cooked properly. I called and the manager had the wings re done, after I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store they we not cooked correctly the second time. The manager needs to learn customer service. I believe they were cooked un correctly the second time out of anger for my complaint.

Make sure you check your bags before you leave if you are picking up. Then when you go back for them to make it right all they say is call the general manager. Definitely not coming back, ill eat chicken somewhere else.
