Chicken was small and dry. So hard I could not even bite into it. Very disappointed. Only reason they got two stars was because the manager Sherri made it right and offered to replace them. Sadly, I was on my way to work so I could not go back. Will update when I go back. Spent $15 on food that went straight to the trash. Gross!

I ordered ahead of time and when i got there they had lost my ticket then i waited for my order another 15 minutes i got home and i didnt even get boneless wings these are smaller than chicken nuggets these are super small i held a quarter next to it to compare and this is the second time i get them like this i did receive more than i ordered but i would say only 5% of them had chicken the rest was just breading witht the flavor i picked i lost hope in them will never be back

I’ve only ordered food here twice online and I had issues both times. I’ll show up after the amount of time it estimates just give them a bit more time, but I still end up waiting. This last time I waited over 40 minutes after them telling me my order would be ready in 15 more minutes. Based on the service it’s not surprising because I just see all of the workers talking and joking around. They’re either not working or moving with no sense of urgency. The food is actually good, it is some of the worst service I have ever had I like Wingstop, but I’m not coming to this ever again. Just terrible service surrounded by a group of angry customers like myself while in the back it’s all smiles and laughing.

The employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! The manager Rylie is equally RUDE!! They messed up my entire order and wouldn’t fix it. They told me “that was my problem” and hung up on me! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO EITHER! THIS PLACE HAS GONE WAY TO FAR DOWNHILL! THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE AS WELL!

The service at this location is excellent, we ordered online and it said 16-21 minute wait but it was faster than that! It was kept clean and Leb (I think that was our “flavor expert”’s name) he was very professional. He verified the contents of our order and contents in our bag on our receipt so we weren’t missing anything before we left. This is one of the most professional and positive wingstop’s I have been to in Albuquerque in a long time! The employees were happy to help and positive! We will be back!

Took an hour to get my food, over 25 minutes late. Had the “pleasure” of hanging out in the lobby with the relaxed employees including the nice lady with face tattoos. This place was not busy, these employees are absolutely terrible. Tipped 15% online and got treated like trash, no apologies, no sorry, nothing.
