Overall three stars due to cleanliness. My order was on time and correct. The dining area was dirty. I waited 15 minutes for my food, I was early so I expected to wait. I noticed three tables that hadn’t been cleaned up. They weren’t cleaned up during my 15 minute wait. The area around the soda fountain was dirty. The floor was also dirty. The gentleman at the register and needs to take out his earbud and leave it out. I noticed several times when talking to customers he had to remove it to hear.

I was told by the cashier it would be 15-20 minuets. Many people about 5 or 6 walked in and placed orders after I did and were served very quickly before I was. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally received my order and it was cold like cold cold as if it was sitting out for 30 minutes and the fries were salty as heck. For $35 no thanks.

Food was cold and made earlier than pick up time! I ordered for 8:30pm, I arrived at 8:15pm. My order was already sitting on the shelf. I have no idea when it was made. Fries cold and hard. Corn soggy almost mush. Wings weren’t even warm!

67$ for no honey mustard, I asked three times and they still got it wrong, also the funny little guy at the front counter has no idea what having a job means, poor attitude and bad representation, good luck out there little guy. And thanks to Rosa wings stop will no longer have my business. Orders take forever and are wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the ranch house for wings .

This is my third time ordering here. First two times were good. This time we didn’t get our fries or half of our order of veggie sticks. Also, one of our flavor of wings hadn’t been tossed. The bbq sauce was just thrown on top. I tried calling and someone picked up the phone and I was immediately placed on hold. Waited for 10 minutes. Hung up and called again with no answer. Living 20 minutes from the restaurant, I wasn’t about to go back and for the price I paid, it was a bummer to not get the complete order.

Ordered online for delivery. Order was completely wrong. Not surprised this isn’t the first time this specific location has done this. Manager has even offered me free food, tried getting it settled with employees and they wouldn’t honor it. Needless to say I figure hey sometimes mistakes happens.
