Ridiculous! My husband ordered online quoted 1 hour wait. I drove from El Paso to pick up our wings. I was 5 minutes early. They told me I needed to wait 20 more minutes. I did. Then I checked again and they said they still has 6 in front of mine 1 hour 40 minutes for 15 wings! Then I Checked the bag and we had 1 small ranch. The response- that’s what you ordered. So I bought another one. After all that tube they should have thrown in another small ranch. One small ranch for 15 wings and carrot sticks and $30 ! They better taste good!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Went there to take my daughter for lunch and the lady said the order would be right up which was important because we only had an hour lunch. 50 mins later we had to ask for refund because our order was not even close to being ready. When the manager came to approve refund he didn’t even bother to look at us or even offer an apology. If they would of informed us it was going to take over an hour to receive our order we would’ve eaten somewhere else instead we wasted our lunch hour sitting in there lobby. The last 5 times I ordered, my food has been over an hour past the pickup time. The coworkers are lazy and don’t pay attention to when your order is ready. Pls update the online pickup times according to how slow your workers are, this is getting ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Ordered a total of 6 8pc combo with fries. 2 of them being to go orders. We were told the order would take 30-45 minutes. It took an hour to get our food. The wings and fries tasted good but was not very hot or even warm. As long as it took the food should have been freshly hot from the fryers which it was not. This place used to have orders out in less than 30 minutes. Seems like the orders always take longer than told when ordering with both dine-in and take out orders these days. If your looking for a quick bite don’t come here because the orders always take a good while.
