This location is seriously slacking compared to other ones. I placed an order today at 12:08 for some fries and celery. My email told me 21 minute wait, I got there at 12:43. Walked in and they didn’t even have my ticket on the line. There was 2 people working and only one other order hung on the line. The fries were old, and I didn’t get a ranch with the celery. Very disappointed with this location, especially since this is not the first time I’ve waited a ridiculous amount of time for an extremely small order.

Went Saturday June 17 for pick up at 11:30am. I gave them a whole hour from opening so they can make my order correctly, nope. I ordered a 40 pack, only received 35. Yall forgot the Mango habanero, it wasn’t even packed, there was only 1 customer. The worse, stay away, order elsewhere. They made me wait a additional 10 minutes, SMH that’s why I ordered early.

Every time I come into this Wingstop it’s always something! Mind you I come there a lot but now it’s they can’t do this or it’s new policy or I can’t give you your military discount I see the same people in there and every time it’s something different! I really am over it today was the last straw they have never charged me for a small thing of barbecue sauce! Now all of a sudden they are charging 1.61! Like seriously if that’s the new policy state that on a signage somewhere not telling me every single time I come I. There is a new policy to add to I won’t be coming back

I ordered pick up on the Doordash app. My FIRST time going to pick my food up, they did not give me my receipt nor my 2 orders of fries. I went back to the store less then 5 minutes later and explained the issue. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes, I made the mistake of trusting the employees. When I got home, I had 1 order of fries, and an order of bone in wings. They had the opportunity to fix the mistake and failed. I will never be going back.
