i dont normally leave reviews, but this place sucks. waited 24min for a couple sandwiches, and when i went to (kindly) ask abt an ETA for the order i got cut off. i understand the stress, but at least wait for me to ask the question. on top of that, there were 4 people total; the girl at the front, the two cooks on the line, and another girl, who was sitting in the back on her phone. management needs to staff better, yall cant let 4 people drown like that. thats how you lose staff. i feel bad for the employees, but i also dont think ill ever come back to this wingstop.

This Wingstop I visited was inside the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas Nevada the employees look horrible dirty shirts on the day I was there ice machine and soda machine was overflowing nobody cared. I ordered boneless wings and I got regular wings I ordered mild I got spicy so I went back the second time same thing the employees need to clean themselves up and clean the work area the only thing that was different was the soda machine was fixed I will never go to a Wingstop again.

I ordered online to save time but stood at the counter over three minutes watching a black and Latino guy stand behind the counter complaining about their work schedule without offering to help me at all. We literally made eye contact at least six times, I walked over to where they were at the register from the pick up area and they still kept taking like I wasn’t there despite me saying excuse me twice!

Had The Misfortune of going to this place today to pick up food for a customer unfortunately when asking the first individual the order had not been taken out of the system or started as of yet which is fine all we have to do is Market in our phone then I met a woman I believe she claimed to be a manager her name is Olivia heavier-set African-American girl who then handed me a cup to fill out for the customer unfortunately I do not have the health cards or other requirements to server handle food for customers in Clark County Nevada upon telling her that she was very unprofessional said you got to talk to Dad and walked away and I have her on video I’ll be going to bring it to the health department tomorrow as well as I will send a copy to Wingstop what a wonderful employee you guys have there she is such a gem he complains you’d have to walk around to fill the drink for the customer as I said I’ll pursue this with the health department tomorrow

The guy at the register was a little rude. He wasn’t friendly at all. Not the person who should be working the register. The lemon pepper wings didn’t taste like lemon at all. I had a bunch of oil in the bottom of my container too. Not sure if it was cooking oil or from the lemon pepper sauce. Very disappointed.

Went to eat at this spot had a bad experience with one off the worked she was rude and racist had a really bad argument with her did not want to take my order and on top off that after the altercation went to site down to wait for my food after someone els had to take my order at the table where I was sitting she sat across from me kept taking about the altercation with other customers and I let her know I was behind her started to cuz of me started to take off her shirt wanted to fight me I told her she was a girl and I was not about to fight her and she told me don’t worry about it that she would fight my wife instead and started to treating me telling me she was going to call her people to come and fight as well really bad customers service talk to the manager about it but she brushed it off like it was nothing very bad customers service came from los angels to have a good time not to end up in jail

This somewhat new Wingstop was good and just like others located in food courts of casinos. Service was fast and friendly and wings were ready much faster than the always quoted ’19 minutes’. Menu is same everywhere and seating is shared as it is a food court.
