Wingstop in general has cheaped out on the quality of meat and the amount of sauce they put. This use to be better than Buffalo Wild Wings, but now is only focused on their bottom dollar instead of the quality.

Today was the 3rd time I have placed an order from this location for pick up. And today they gave me the wrong order. I went back to show them, and it took them over 20 minutes to remake my order when mine should have been out as fast as possible especially cuz they messed it up. What made it worse, was that the manager did not believe her employee. When the manager came off the line she did not apologize or make sure I was good. I saw her get on her personal cell 2 times. I am very disappointed by their sense of urgency on their mistake. I will be calling back to speak to someone higher than her. This will be the last time I go to this location. I saw a lot customers just grab their bag without checking. I recommend everyone check their order before leaving

This location of Wingstop is usually pretty efficient. Peak times may require a longer wait, even on to go orders you may wait 15 minutes past your promised time. However, the wings are always good. Fries are many times soggy though, even when requesting crispy. I love their dry rub wings, and the sauces and veggies are always fresh. Wingstop is one of the better wing places around with a bunch of great flavors to choose from.
