Mango habanero is great. Boneless is not that great but if you have kids it might be easier. Takes a good 20 minutes+ to prepare. You should order by app first. Definitely better than Buffalo Wild Wings if you’re doing take out. However there’s not much seating area here.

The food here is what is expected from a wingstop but the service is way below par. If we order takeout 4 times, they will get it wrong 3 times. The process here is in dire need of revamping. For example, we order 4 sauces and we get 1. We order boneless and we get traditional. Yes, we should check before we leave, but this is a common occurrence. We expect more. It is not all wingstops, just this one.

I usually am not one to complain, as I work in food service and I try holding my tongue. However, yesterday when I stopped in I can comfortably say it was a train wreck. There were upset customers everywhere, the place was a mess, trash everywhere. There will be a line of people waiting at the dine in pick up area (un helped) while no other customers in line at the register and the employees just sit around and talk to each other. Me and 2 others waited in line at the dine in pick up area. While the employees chatted it up, the manager being apart of it. Clearly if there’s a line of people waiting, they need help. They would look at you then carry on. I couldn’t comprehend it. As working in food service, customers should be a number one priority. Clearly it’s not here.

Unfortunately this wing stop imperticula forgot my 3 orders of fries that I had ordered and payed for . And Unfortunately I didn’t look before I left cuzz I’ve never had a issue with wingstop until I got home. Had to go back and wait another 15 min and when I got home with the fries they were barely even seasoned cuzz I think they tried to rush them ???? Anyhow , NO BUENO !

Ordered online was told they didn’t see the order until we got there. Then they said it was done but when we check it was missing at least 20 wings and some sides. Waited 1 hour at the store after getting to the store to receive the correct order! Victor the manager lacks customer service and lacks accountability. I can understand if your busy that means accuracy is important. This store lacks leadership and accountability. Will not order again from this location.

This location is a joke. Bunch of clowns walking around doing nothing instead of cleaning the lobby or the nasty bathroom. Manager is as dumb as they get. Female in front and girl that gave me the bag were nice though. Upper management needs to step up and either train these incompetent workers or get a real manager who knows what he is doing.
