Ordered online and was given a 45 minute wait time. Arrived a little early and waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food ended up being ready and had gotten cold. Fries were cold and soggy. They did not give us the ranch or sauce. It’s a bunch of kids who couldn’t care less about making decent food or providing any level of customer service.

Very disappointed it took one hour just to get three combos that weren’t even that good. They told me that my order would take 15 to 20 minutes. I got there at 4:55 didn’t leave until almost 6 very disappointed at how long it took for me to receive my mail, but I am very disappointed that I had to sit wait in a cold restaurant and getting told that my order would be in 15 to 10 minutes in my order was still not ready within 30 minutes of sitting there and then going up again and then getting told my order will be ready in 10 minutes. Still waiting for another 30 to 40 minutes. Very disappointed food with it was warm customer service was pretty good. Just mad that when I looked back there, they were all just walking around. taking their time with my order, I do not appreciate sitting in that cold restaurant, waiting for my food for an hour straight.

Went here for lunch and ordered an 8 piece. When I left the restaurant I open the box and there was more oil then seasoning it was very unsatisfactory. I’ve been to other wing stop locations but this was the experience that reminds me not to eat here again. It’s very unhealthy and I’m dissatisfied how poor the food came out. I’d wait 15 or 20 mins longer to get a better meal.

Boneless wings all the way. They give you legs only if you get classic. And the fries sucks so you have to get veggies which is yummy. They need to season more too. And doordasg sodas they put too much ice I couldn’t enjoy my soda for too long.

Boycotting this location until MARIA “the manager” is FIRED. Worst manager I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. She has no customer service skills and is extremely RUDE. She must have a god-like complex because she literally does what she wants. She will cancel your order simply because she doesn’t want to fill it. She regularly closes an hour early for no reason. Shame on her and shame on wingstop for letting such a lazy, horrible, miserable human manage this business. FIRE MARIA!!!! I guarantee you that your reviews and customer base would grow so much if she was gone. You are losing money and loyalty. I’ve read the other reviews, this is not the 1st complaint about Maria and I am not the 1st customer lost due to her mistreatment.

Ordered a single order of fries online and it said they wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes. I was already on my way to this location when the order was placed and didn’t really have anywhere to go to kill some time so figured I’d try to see if I could get my order any earlier. About 15 minutes after the order was placed I arrived and asked how accurate the order times were. The girl at the counter said it was pretty accurate and they were very busy but asked what I ordered and when I told her it was just some fries and ranch she went in the back, and came out a minute later with my order, much to my surprise and pleasure. Super pleased with the customer service and the fries were tasty as always. This is probably my favourite Wingstop in the area, I never have any issues when I come here. 10/10 would recommend.
