I love Wingstop. I love that when I call to place an order they ask me if I want the same thing I got last time. I love that they have boneless options when I just don’t feel like working for my food. I love that my kids all love it. I love their French fries. But my favorite thing is that they have a Freestyle machine. Today I stopped in for soda and “accidentally” also got wings. =)

Paid $2.50 for veggies and they weren’t with my order! How hard is it?! Bag was also not sealed. Called store for refund and girl was rude, didn’t apologize and was unfriendly!! I highly doubt I’ll even be refunded! Won’t order again.

edit 11/30: i contacted corporate and they gave me a $10 gift card to replace my meal. I actually got the right order this time! … “wrote on 11/27: i received horrible service here. they gave me the wrong order and i couldn’t come get my order because i had work soon. the girl said i had store credit for when i went back and so i go back tonight and there’s no store credit on the account. the cashier said there’s nothing they can do??? …yes there is. go get ur manager to swipe their card so they can comp my meal. OR give me my money back. i couldn’t even eat the meal i received so it went to waste. ughhhh”

Excellent wings!! Much better than the Wing Stop on South Meadows. My wings were well done as ordered, and the cajun corn was fresh and juicy! The staff were friendly and attentive, even for a pickup order. It’s been hard finding decent wings out west. I guess they’re too far from Buffalo lol. But, this Wing Stop is awesome!

Waited over an hour for the food and it came out cold. Seemed as if there was no coordination whatsoever between the cashiers and cooks, as some orders went out within 5 minutes while others took even longer than mine. Inconsistent service, would not recommend.
