Very unprofessional, left on hold for 40+ minutes… obviously placed order inside but just left the phone on hold to see how long they would take… another occasion they did not answer after multiple calls and was clicked on multiple times. The least they can do is let me know they are busy. I could understand but the ways situation is handled is unprofessional. Only takes a couple seconds to let a customer know it’s busy to place order.
