This place always messes up my order. One time they gave me plain wings when I ordered Louisiana rub, they then tried to explain to me that because it’s a dry rub that it looks like there’s no seasoning, but I always order the same flavor and I know the difference between seasoned and plain. Horrible excuse from the manager. Another time they didn’t season my fries when I ordered Cajun seasoned fries. Today I bought a brownie with my order and they didn’t include it in my bag, I didn’t have the patience to call and complain about it nor did I want to drive back. I’m just annoyed as hell with this place, they really need to train their staff better.

Love this Wingstop…need to find another one though. Asked why last week I got a large drink with my order, she said something silly… After I noticed my receipt order was wrong, the cashier changed it, but had a slight attitude and walked away to let the cook know and never came or looked back to give me my cash difference. Had to ask another woman if she was the manager, she said yes, so I asked her for my money. Didn’t even apologize when I got my order, I said sorry for the mix-up.
