Had 2 orders placed here and there was always an item missing from the orders. Asked to bring the bag of food back inside so they can check and make sure. Not trying to scam you out of food just trying to get the food that I paid for. Another time, an order was placed later during the night and wings were missing from a combo I ordered. Called about the combo and only the wings were getting replaced, understandable yet the combo was ruined and it was too close to closing for me to go back that day. Don’t make your customers feel like criminals when you don’t confirm that the order is complete.

My food was delicious once I received it. That’s the only good thing I can say about my experience here. The ground was gross and sticky just outside and inside the door. There is a garbage can full of their bags outside the door. I placed an online pickup order that was to be ready after 27 minutes. I arrived after waiting 30 minutes. They were clearly busy, which is not the workers fault, but the complete lack of customer service is absolutely their fault. No one was working the counter. One of them would help the next customer, say ‘your order is next or they’re working on it’ then walk away. Didn’t help the next person in line. I had to ask twice for my order, which apparently they didn’t start until after I was already in the store!! No apology for the wait, no thank you for your patience, nothing! Luckily there was a bench to wait on because all of the tables were full of trash. Just a really negative experience.

I’ve been here 5 times and avoided this place like a plague ever since the last time I was there, it was dirty. The four times before they got the order wrong. I gave them chance after chance they still fail the only reason why I will go back is for Mom she loves the wings but check your order every time you pick it up, make sure you’re not missing 5 wings!
